Customer service was excellent by phone and in person. Prices compared to other Honda service department in the Killeen area are over priced but not here they are exceptional. However in the Killeen area Cleo Bay you get a free car wash or is it really free if they are over priced.

Rob was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was very helpful without being pushy. Sales manager took time to explain all details about the transaction and was patient with us as we asked lots of questions.

We have two Honda’s and love our salesman and the dealership. We have used the body shop for add ons to my Honda Pilot and the service department always delivers fast and friendly service! We won’t get our oil changed anywhere else. So far, we haven't needed repair service for our Honda's, just oil changes and tire rotations.

My wife and I went by for a short test drive only but ended up purchasing the car. At no time did we feel we were being pushed or steered into a rash decision. Our salesman was quite polite and was able to answer our questions. A minor windshield chip that was not noticed until we picked up the car was repaired without any questions.
