Misael Rios is a very professional, courteous and

Misael Rios is a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable tech. He answered all my questions and provided information about my vehicle that I had concerns with. Misaels positivity and polite attitude would probably be the one of the only reasons as to why I would bring my vehicles back to this Kia location. The cashiers on the hand very opposite attitude from Misael. One cashier saw me, eye contact and all while I was waiting to pay and walked away. The lady that did help seemed like she was mad she was there. Her demeanor was very standoffish. If she doesn't like to deal with paying customers, why bother working with the public.

Service advisor Desiree was really helpful and kept me

Service advisor Desiree was really helpful and kept me informed about the updates on my vehicle, great advisor. There was a delay of a few days from the Factory warranty people to approve the service, but other than that, all was good. Good thing I asked for a loaner car, and I got one.

Arturo was a great service advisor.

Arturo was a great service advisor. His communication was clear and he brought a great positive attitude to each interaction we had. I enjoyed my service with this dealership and will definitely be returning.

Service manager did not seem to care at all about my

Service manager did not seem to care at all about my needs. I had a factory recall that needed to be taken care of and he was not very knowledgeable as to what that entailed. His initial assessment of how long my service would take was 2 hours but I ended up spending 7 hours waiting in their lounge.
