After the parts finally came in, the car was fixed. The salesman, Isaac, was very accommodating. When the car was ready, they brought it to me at my home, because I had just gotten out of the hospital.

I brought my truck in for recall work and the service representative was very courteous. I was advised it would take 1 1/2 hours and shortly later I was told it could be 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Approximately one hour after I arrived at the dealership, my vehicle was ready.

I thought I had a problem and Oscar and his manager stayed after hours to check it out. It was no problem but for them to stay was very much appreciated. Would recomend to anyone needing a good service department.

The salesman was friendly and informative. J.D. answered all of my questions truthfully. I had not met J.D. until we arrived that morning but it felt we had been friends for years. I had looked for a used Truck but once I saw the Tacoma in the Quicksand color it became the standard I judged the others by. It is a TRD OFFROAD. Have you seen the YouTube video showing the Tacoma CRAWL out the sand? Awesome! The whole purchase experience was very professional. Everyone knew what they were doing. THANKS
