I came into the dealership after receiving a letter asking if I was interested in them purchasing or trading in the 2008 Avalon I had purchased from them previously. I have been considering a new car purchase so thought I would see what I could get as a sale or trade-in for a new vehicle. They had Highlander on their lot that I had been researching , along with some other brands, to see what kind of cost I could expect in a new vehicle purchase. I was looking for the the individual who sent me the letter but he was not in that day. I was approached by a very personable salesman who asked if he could help. I told him that I was just there to see what they had and might be interested in the Highlander they had on the lot. He got the keys and I looked at the vehicle as he was explaining all the features. We went for a drive in the vehicle and I was impressed with it and the features. I decided, that if we could make a deal, I would buy the vehicle. My old vehicle was evaluated, and after some negotiations, we arrived at a price that I thought was fair for both of them including tax, title and delivery fees. I can't say enough about the salesman help and courtesy as well as the friendliness of the other personnel involved in the purchase and delivery process. Thank you.
