The oil change service went quickly.

The oil change service went quickly. It is too bad that dealerships have gone away from washing the vehicle and vacuuming it out during service work.

I bought a used car, the brakes were reported on the

I bought a used car, the brakes were reported on the carfax as being replaced by this dealership. There are severe vibrations that weren't discovered on the test drive because our loop didn't have any high-speed stops. I notified my salesperson the same day of purchase when I got home and they wouldn't do anything to remedy the problem. I wouldn't buy from them again, and I'll tell everyone I know to do the same. Poor service.

They diagnosed two different issues and did the oil

They diagnosed two different issues and did the oil change. They got the job done in one overnight instead of the expected two overnights. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five was the cost. It was almost half of the total bill just to diagnose the issues.

Len Lyall Chevrolet did a super job on my service for an oil change and rotating the tires. If I lived closer, I would use them for all my service work, but I live in Highlands Ranch and that is a 30–40-minute drive. I have a great service place 5 minutes from my house that I have used for years.

Had to wait 10 days for part(not dealers fault).

Had to wait 10 days for part(not dealers fault). Got it up and running the next day after arrival. Only complaint is someone put a ding in the lower bedside while it was there--didin't notice it until I got home.
