The appointment took considerably longer than estimated. After about 90 minutes I asked about the status and what was taking so long. The service rep didn't know and thought it should have been done. It took another 20 minutes before the service was complete. Note: I was given a discount of $20 for the trouble.

Oil change prices increased! Last time it was $59 now it's $93! I cannot afford to go here all the time. So this will have to be a treat for my car.
