Cauther was responsive and kept me updated the entire

Cauther was responsive and kept me updated the entire time. I received a loaner because parts were taking a while to arrive, which definitely was a plus.

I just feel let down by this dealership after having

I just feel let down by this dealership after having purchased 4 cars here. Recently my passenger side airbag electrical harness has come loose and even though I purchased the gold standard Volkswagen warranty & a Tynan’s in house warranty which at the time of my purchase was guaranteed that all major parts were included am shattered to find that such a crucial part of my vehicle isn’t covered. Tom the financial manager of the office had no words for me even though he is the one who previously guaranteed me that all major components of the vehicle would be covered. In his words “ all electrical systems engine and transmission would be covered with the Volkswagen warranty and all minor things by the in-house warranty you’re basically covered completely”. Mind you these extra warranty’s costed me a little over $5000 needles to say I will never purchase another car from Tynans.

The young man who helped me was very communicative

The young man who helped me was very communicative throughout the whole process. Texted daily and provided transportation due to the repairs needed.

Everyone was great but on the way out one of your

Everyone was great but on the way out one of your technicians drove out of the service bay the wrong way and gestured angrily at me to move over when I was going the correct way and there wasn’t room for both cars to fit comfortably. That really didn’t sit well with me.
