Brian was great.

Brian was great. Gave me the information I needed, but didn't try pushing me into another sale. My car was supposed to get a c wash with my oil change coupon, but I didn't get that

Very efficient and communicative.

Calista was my service advisor for a little maintenance

Calista was my service advisor for a little maintenance this time and just like all of the other advisors I have worked with at Tynan’s, Calista exceeded all of my expectations. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly and timely in servicing my Atlas. Tynan’s never disappoints.

I was lucky.

I was lucky. It's been a while since I've had an oil change and didn't know that an appointment was needed. Brian was able to get me in without issue.

I've been a customer for almost 10 years and this time I

I've been a customer for almost 10 years and this time I bought a car instead of leasing. So far, I'm not happy with the experience. Justin was great, but my car has already had two issues the two days I drove the car. Within an hour of driving the car (including the test drive) the tire indicator light came on so I had to go get the tires checked. The passenger back tire was really low and they told me to keep an eye on it. The driver back sensor isn't even working. Then, the second day I drove the car, for less than an hour, I stalled at an intersection. The car wouldn't move and I couldn't even move the dial to neutral. It was a very nerve wracking and anxiety filled experience. Nothing would work. The stop/start button was flashing green. I was stalled at the light for 45 mins. I called my insurance and they wouldn't help because I just added the car the day before. Three people stopped to check on me. One guy even got out of his car and tried to help. He couldn't figure out the problem. The manual had no information to help. I finally found online that under the consul mat, there's a tray for the fob. I put the fob there, but still didn't work. I left it there for 20 mins and all the sudden the car turned on. So, I had to go buy new batteries for the fobs. It would be a smart idea for you all to check the fob batteries of your pre-owned vehicles so this awful experience doesn't happen to anyone else. Also, all my documents that were supposed to be loaded on the USB drive was empty. So, I had to go back and try those loaded on the drive. I came to your location becaus
