We had a great experience at Tynan’s VW. Justin was super helpful and worked hard to get us a great deal. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional & answered all of our questions about EVs. The buying process was easy and smooth. The vehicle did have an open recall on it, but they offered to take care of it in house & delivered the vehicle to us once it was done, which was great! Justin even made sure we were taken care of & went above and beyond managing our delivery on his day off. We were very happy with everything & love our new vehicle!

They didn't care about my car. Came x catalytic converter and never replaced. My car stayed 5 months and never been started. Ha v e to buy a new battery and now t h ey charged me $221.00 just for battery testing when should be free since still on warranty

CS rep was professional and knowledgeable. Parts were ordered and service performed in a reasonable time. Also they were very flexible and helpful with our timing to pick the car . Very positive experience.

They were fast & made the experience easy , we waiting at the dealership while we waited & there was a nice lady at checkout who saw I had my toddler & baby. She took us to an area that was kid friendly with a tv & took colors & paper to entertain them. She was very attentive & sweet. When I came to checking us out at the end she was quick & efficient. She did a great job at explaining the receipt. 10/10 experience
