Absolutely amazing, they have no availabilities and managed to fit my car in when it was snowing and cold to fix my heater which is much appreciated

Had great experience purcahsing my 2020 Tiguan from Tynan's VW Was able to locate the vehicle I wanted on their website. Received very timely quotes and was able to negotiate a final price on-line. I spent less time chosing a vehicle, negotiating a deal, traveling 400 miles than I had spent with my local dealer just trying to locate a vehicle. When I arrived at Tynan's to pick up my vehicle they had it ready and I was out of there in a little over an hour. My sales representative, Andrew Miller, made sure my vehicle was fueled and did an outstanding job of showing me how all of the high-tech features worked. I highly recommend this dealership.

Everyone was so friendly! Although one of the days I went there was a girl at the express service desk who wasn’t very friendly, before I could finish my sentence she was already sending me to the other service desk. It was annoying.
