I was originally looking for vehicles online and placed an order for some quotes on 2014 Mazda 6's. Tom Perales quickly contacted me and asked for more specifics about the car I really wanted. He followed up with the car I wanted at a price lower than I had seen online. He also found a Mazda customer loyalty deal that saved me 1000 dollars. The service from both Tom and the rest of the workers at the Mazda Sil Terhar was both friendly and professional.

They always goes out of there way to make my experience great! They are friendly and very trustworthy. When I bring my vehicle in I know they will do a thorough inspection because they have found items, in the past, that needed immediate attention.

My last car served me well for over 20 years, and I have not been to a dealership to purchase a car for myself in over 35 years. I was not sure what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Sill-Terhar Mazda. I got a great price delivered to the sales desk, in less time than it took me to walk to the chair. My salesperson, Ben Garcia, was a total gem. Very knowledgeable about his brand, and just the friendliest guy in the world. No high pressure, I got a great price, and Ben could not have been more helpful - even after the purchase (multiple calls to make sure the car was treating me well :-). I researched multiple brands, and went into the sale with some knowledge of Mazda's great new features. But, Ben made sure I was fully aware of ALL the new aspects of the newly redesigned Mazda3, and gave me a price that was well in line with the Internet, Blue Book, and other dealer's prices I found. Kelly Frank, who handles the financial dealings with customers, was also just great! Again, no high pressure (we would have left), and just terrific to work with. He also does his job well; got me right in to get an invisible bra outfitted for my sassy new car. I cannot recommend the team at Sill-Terhar more highly. They were just TERRIFIC, and they know their products.

I had been looking for a used Ford Edge for a couple months but the selection at every dealer was very limited. I talked to Mark and he promised to call me once they got one in that was what I wanted. He actually did it which was much better than ANY other sales guy I have ever talked to. Mark was very flexible with his availability for me to come look at the Edge. When I got there he already had the car pulled up to the building and had the keys ready for me to drive. We took the car for a drive and Mark was very knowledgeable about the car. When we got back to the showroom Mark made the whole purchasing process smooth and simple. I have bought a car there before but Mark made sure that I will be a lifetime purchaser. Thank you Mark!

Put simply, Mark knows what he is talking about. I was in the market for a new car, a four door sedan that isn't too hard on the wallet. I called up sill Terhar and spoke with Mark. He was kind, knowledgable about the features, and inventory. I went up to the dealership to test drive various cars. While I have yet to select which one I will buy, I know I will be buying from Mark period. This is how cars sales should be. Take note.

We bought a brand new vehicle from Brent Hight, at Sil TerHar Ford, with an overall one of the best salesman we've ever had. Brent Hight was key in the reason we bought our 2014 Ford Escape/Titanium. He was equally very knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. Brent gave us a significant amount of time to ask questions, and work with us in understanding all the financial values that Ford has to offer. We had an excellent experience with Brent's customer service, as he took more time with us to show us all the bells & whistles, even pulling the car inside when it was raining outside. Our overall experience was a satisfaction that we knew we got the right car for the right price, from the right place!! We Purchased a used car from these folks and got burned bad. The story: My daughter had a Chevy Aveo 2005, ran great not much for looks. She lend it to a friend and of course it was totaled. With the insurance proceeds plus some of our funds, we purchased what I thought was a good used car these folks, a 97 Hyundai Tiburon, "OK" it is older but it had less than 85,000 miles. The test drive was OK, so we purchased it. Little did we know that within a couple of weeks it would have problems, we had to take to a repair shop because the "check engine" light kept coming on. The mechanic at a repair shop said we should probably add a quart of oil to it every 500 to 1000 miles or so. That was the first sign. The second sign was... It did not make to the second sign; two months later a blown engine. Cost another 4 grand on top of the 5 grand + we paid for a "97 Hyundai Tiburon". If I had only know. Called them up to see what they could do. NOTHING Of course. It was our piece of junk now and there was nothing they would do about it. Did they know about the problems with this car? I really don't know, but I do know that It had been on their lot for awhile and it had been in there shop to fix other problems with the car. I guess I should have known when they gave me a coupon for a free oil change after the sale.

In my experience Brent Hight is a different kind of car...
In my experience Brent Hight is a different kind of car salesman. He is very easy and enjoyable to deal with and honestly created the impression that his number one concern was to get Beth and I into the best vehicle for us. He gave us his full attention and listened to our questions and concerns and then took us for several test drives. We signed a deal to take a wonderful C-Max Energi. Our impressions were confirmed a couple of days later when we came in to take delivery on the vehicle, but wanted to tweak a couple of the terms on the our agreement. Brent never questioned our motives, but immediately advocated for our request because he wanted us to be fully satisfied. He then spent an extensive amount of time instructing us on the features and technology of our new C-Max. We drove away IN our C-Max knowing that we would come back to Brent and SillTerhar when it is time for our next new car purchase.

Our family lives in Broomfield and we are repeat Customers of Sill-Terhar's. I'm providing my ratings based on our last purchase, a 2014 Ford Escape SE for our daughter. When my daughter was back from college we made a spur of the moment decision to call Jeff saying we were on our way to come see him! Jeff took my call but happened to be taking a rare day off. He stopped what we was doing, made a call, and called me back in 5 minutes. He told me Greg would have some vehicles ready to drive when we got there. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and our questions answered. The next morning we made our decision and worked with Jeff and Greg on pricing and came to a very fair number. The financing process was very straight forward. What I really appreciated was the way the guys at Sill-Terhar made sure to include my daughter in the process; taking their time to explain what was going on. The entire process took no more than a few hours. Jeff has followed up multiple time with my daughter since the purchase. We will be going back to Sill-Terhar for our next vehicle. Kurt Bingham
