They didn't have the car in the color I wanted in the base RAV4 model so we were going to buy a CRV instead. I wasn't expecting this level of customer service at a Toyota dealership, and in fact was beaten up pretty good at another Toyota dealer so thought I knew what to expect at Riverview, too. Not the case! Sales staff were helpful but also left me alone when I needed it. Finance guy even helped me get a better interest rate than my credit union. I'm glad I went into Riverview.

He was able to provide the appropriate answers to any questions I had about the Avalon. He impressed me as the kind of person you want to have as a neighbor and a friend. I enjoyed dealing with him. I felt that he was honest and gave me appropriate information about the Avalon and Toyota vehicles in general.
