I found Riverview Toyota on Google and am very happy

Kent was very accomodating and professional. He did an excpetional job answering our questions and concerns. Kent and Chris Lopez went out of their way to help us return a borrowed vehicle from another Toyota dealership and pick up our trade from that same dealership to help us from saving several trips back to Riverview Toyota.

We got a warm welcome at Riverview Toyota

Just the nicest, most informative person I've ever worked with. It was a busy day and closer to the end and he acted as if we were the first and only customers he would speak with that day.

Riverview gave me an offer I couldn't refuse

They didn't have the car in the color I wanted in the base RAV4 model so we were going to buy a CRV instead. Before we drove away our salesman offered to get us the color I wanted in the higher model for the same price from another dealer. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. I am delighted with the car and all its features.

Extremely courteous, professional.

Extremely courteous, professional, made the purchase a very pleasant experience, they should Lecture some of the sales people at Other dealerships such as Right Toyota regarding Auto Sales.

Pleasantly surprised!

I wasn't expecting this level of customer service at a Toyota dealership, and in fact was beaten up pretty good at another Toyota dealer so thought I knew what to expect at Riverview, too. Not the case! Sales staff were helpful but also left me alone when I needed it. Finance guy even helped me get a better interest rate than my credit union. I'm glad I went into Riverview.

He got the car in for service right away, and called on my cell phone when it was ready. He also had the car washed for me.

Only Compliments

I have only compliments for RODNEY GILBERT who was the sales person who sold me my Avalon. He was highly professional and friendly. He was able to provide the appropriate answers to any questions I had about the Avalon. He impressed me as the kind of person you want to have as a neighbor and a friend. I enjoyed dealing with him. I felt that he was honest and gave me appropriate information about the Avalon and Toyota vehicles in general. For my next vehicle purchase I will definitely want RODNEY GILBERT to assist me in the purchase. He is an excellent representative for Toyota.

Great Deal

Using the AARP site offer from Riverview, we found a great deal in comparison to other area dealers in the area. Everyone at Riverview was very friendly and helpful-Brandon was most gracious, and lead us through the process from arrival to departure with my New Highlander with the utmost class.
