Salesperson was polite and helpful. They listed the vehicle as gold certified online when it turns out it wasn’t, which was a let down. Paperwork took a long time and they couldn’t get my email correct so I had to go in person to get a copy of my paperwork. Overall B rating. I’ll go to the other Kendall in town in the future.

Dealership is clean and updated. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with Joel Shock to see and test drive the 2025 Bronco Sport heritage. It was brand new with 17 miles a a great deal. It drove wonderfully and I fell in love. I wanted to trade in my 2022 Ford F-150. They gave me what I wanted for it. So I bought it and I'm so happy. Enjoyed working with Joel and Brett. Looking forward to many years of Bronco ownership.

Dealership is clean and updated. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with Joel Shock to see and test drive the 2025 Bronco Sport heritage. I purchased and paid for a vehicle on April 17, 2026. The dealership messed up on sending the information to Colorado. It is now June 21, 2026 and I was told it was going to take another 17 days. I notified the dealership when my SECOND temporary plate had expired so that I could continue driving the car and was told I could not receive a temp plate as the title was no longer in their state so I am JUST OUT OF LUCK and now I cannot drive the car as there is not a valid plate. A very poor display of customer service.

Top notch as I expected. Shane, my Ford advisor, answered all my questions, came and showed me what my filters looked like, and gave me my options. Once my car was finished, he explained the items that needed follow up and again answered all my questions. I felt totally in control and never felt talked down to or disrespected. I have enjoyed all my interactions with Shane.

I called in at the end of the day on Saturday and asked if I could come in. They let me know I could. They were fast, friendly, consultative, and over-delivered in my expectations. I’ll give you a small but real example - the other dealer in town used a cheap oil change sticker that stuck the windshield and couldn’t be pulled off barehanded. It stayed there trough several “quick lube” oil changes (I won’t ever go back to that other dealer for other reasons). It was an eyesore on my windshield. Everyone left it there. Kendall took the time to scrape it off. Every time I look at my windshield, I’ll be reminded of their exceptional service. Kendall or bust for me. They’re a little further from my home, but well worth it.
