Ecstatic with service experience
I was on my way from Arizona to Montana when all the warning lights on my dashboard lit up and my Sienna van lost power and started shuttering. I was able to get off the freeway and have the van towed to AutoNation Toyota. From the moment I arrived everyone at AutoNation were friendly and helpful, especially the service manager I got, David Bantock. He got me in an hour earlier than I was first told and continually updated me on the mechanic?s findings. After a finding of a faulty sensor, they had me on the road again and I couldn?t be more satisfied with the care and service I received.

Great Service Experience
Best service ever. Oil change, inspection, explanation, all service interval items included. Because of a young salesman?s rudeness, dishonesty, and fraud, my original purchase experience was awful and very time consuming. Facility needs a computer space where customers can sit at desk or counter space and make their wait time more productive

Auto Nation Toyota, Denver, CO
The facility was beautiful and very customer friendly. Except that it was hard to hear my salesman because of poor acoustics and background noise. Our salesman was very nice, polite and tried to help us in every way. The finance person explained the way the new hybrid worked as apposed to the 2006 hybrid we already had. We were pleased with most of the experience, but would have wished for better review of how the car gauges and meters worked.
