Deceptive unethical and corrupt… Was taken aback at how the dealership looks versus the completely low class caliber of management! truly shameful

We had such a lovely experience buying. a 2024 Lexus. The place is beautiful. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Jack and Mo both were awesome and helpful and made the experience both easy, informative and seamless. I love my car as well!

We were met on arrival by a surly young man who had us fill out a form and invited us to wait until someone was available to help us. Upon query he advised it would be about half an hour. After an hour wait among locked cars on the showroom floor, no information available, and no further contact, we left. I am happy that this dealership neither needs nor wants our business. If we decide to pursue purchase of a Lexus, it will definitely be at a different dealership.

We had a great experience at the dealership! Pierre was a pleasure to work with! He took the time to show us the differences between each model and trim. He also showed us all our buying options and made the whole buying process a breeze! Pierre also took the time to show us the vehicle’s features and how to use them and set up the Lexus app, which was very nice since this was our first time buying a Lexus. Also working with Steve Sumitra in the finance department was easy and fast. Overall we were very impressed and pleased with the team at the Greenwood Village dealership!

We met Scott Mendelsohn at Stevinson Lexus about 6 years ago and he is the most honest and ethical car sales manager we have ever dealt with and trust him implicitly, so we followed him to Kuni Lexus. The staff we worked with (Scott, Sean, Raymond, and Marty) were all exceptional and extremely patient. Was an incredible experience!
