Don was excellent. A very knowledgeable man. He always takes care of us. The RX 330 was serviced in the time he said. We had to return to the dealership after 10 minutes to have Don fill out the maintenance book concerning the date the service was completed. This is the second time we returned to the dealership to have them complete the date of service in the owners maintenance book. I was disappointed in the inside of the RX 330's cleaning. This is the third time I have complained about the cleaning of the RX 330. Don called and said to bring it in, but live in Castle Rock and have other things going on with my wife. I will take care of it myself. I should not have to inspect the RX 330 at the dealersship when service is completed. I should trust that everthing was done in a profession and caring manner. Some employees obviously could care less or have not been trained or don't pay attention to detail. Little things lead to bigger things - Like was the car serviced properly? Do the technicians care?

Over 11 years Jeff and the Kuni team have always exceeded my expectations and continue to do so on every visit. There's not much else to say other than it's always been excellent service with a friendly staff who always make you feel at home. Please keep up the good work

Both Dee and Thom couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in showing us 3 different cars before we made the decision to buy the HS250. They spent quite a bit of time educating us about all the features of the car. Our car included the premium navigation system so there was a lot of information to cover! This was the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car!

Bought my car from a different dealership, when asked...
Bought my car from a different dealership, when asked why, I explained that the price was far better at the dealership I purchased it at. This was my first dealing with Kuni and unfortunately, I do not think I will be back. When I made the appointment, the service rep seemed "put out" to arrange a loaner car for me. When I arrived, I was only greeted by a service tech. Service consultant did not acknowledge me for a few minutes. In addition, there was some pressure to get the more expensive service done, even though I just purchased the car and all services were done before I took delivery. When I left I was very disappointed. When I picked the car up at the end of the day, the Service Consultant was more friendly, however, it did little for my previous experience. My friends have told me how wonderful the "Lexus Experience" is...however, I did not see much of that when I took my car in.

Except for the very large bill (4 new tires, EEK did not help) the experience was fine. Kuni does seem to go out of their way to take good care of their customers. Providing a nice loaner when the maintenance will take more time than just waiting it out is a nice perk. Too bad I had to drive my nice clean car home in down pouring rain.

Jeff was great. He followed through on everything and had the car ready right away. We were in and out fast! He gave us a loner since they had to touch up the paint. Looks good. He returned our call pretty fast. He had all the paperwork ready when we brought the car back.

I spoke with Bob Lucero a few weeks ago about a car I saw online, it was actually being delivered as we spoke so I didnt have a chance to visit the dealership then but Bob Lucero kept me in mind and he found the perfect car for me and my family. It is hard looking for a vehicle in a lower price range that is high quality with low miles, Bob called me when the dealership got a 2003 Honda Accord with 43,000 miles and in my price range, not only did it have low mileage it was in incredible condition with the new car smell even!!! I am so pleased with Bob Lucero and the service we received at Kuni Lexus Littleton we will certianly be back to Kuni when my husband decides to trade his car in for a newer one I am confident Bob Lucero will find the perfect one for him too!!

From the gentleman that took my car in to the service...
From the gentleman that took my car in to the service representative and even the person on the phone, everyone was courteous and respectful. It has bee such a pleasure to work with Kuni Lexus after dealing with my previous dealership. I had owned a Volkswagen Touareg and had service done a Lithia where I purchased the vehicle. The manager and everyone in the service department was rude and did not care about any problems I had with the vehicle and I am certian that I was charged for services that were not performed. They had no regard for my safety when an airbag fault continued to be a problem with my car. Although I had the paperwork from a previous recall they refused to believe that it was covered under the recall and even take care of it. It took them weeks to even order the part telling me to be careful driving the car because the airbag could discharge at any given moment.The service manager even laughed when he talked to me. I was disgusted. It was that point that the vehicle was traded in for a Lexus. So please understand when I commend you for excellent customer service that this is not something taken very lightly. Thanks for providing and understanding truly what customer service mean to those that appreciate it.

I was greeted by a very friendly sales person (Danny Tyson) 15 minutes before the dealership was set to close. Instead of being told to come back, he allowed my wife and I to test drive the car I wanted and stayed late with us giving us a very in depth demonstration of the cars abilities. The next day I came in and again everyone was very friendly and explained everything very well. We agreed on a price and everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

Jared was friendly and helpful. He told me when I got there how long the service would take, and said he would try to get me out before that. Jared came out about a half hour early and said my car was done. I did not meet the service tech. The overall experience was great because I got great service and there was no charge. My two business partners lease BMWs and all of their scheduled maintenance is covered in their leases. I think Lexus should move to that model. I would be willing to pay a little more each month so I didn't have to worry about that. Having said that, I have checked your pricing against other service centers in my area, and you are very competitive, so I would rank your pricing as good.
