Ford Recall of Fuel Module Flang
Everyone was very nice on the phone. I thought it was odd that when I made the appointment I specifically said I will use early bird drop off and when I got there at 6:40 AM I was informed they weren't open and asked why I was there early. The staff appeared annoyed I was there before 7 AM. I had to catch the bus and get to work. The car was done as scheduled.

This was the most pleasurible buying evperience I have ever had. The sales associate I was working with had gone home for the day. When I called him and told him I wanted to drive the car again he said no problem he would be right down. And guess what he was. I will go back and buy again from (Courtesy Ford) AutoNation Ford

Dishonest dealership
Very dishonest group. They quoted my vehicle to buy it and so I drive 45 mins and sit there for an hour only to have them tell me a price $825 less. I ask why and the answer I’m given is I don’t know. Well I know, it’s dishonest dealership games! Wasted 2.5 hours of my time on my day off.

would be nice to get a car wash after a service as they did in the 7-10 years previous to this car at another dealership, since the cost for just an oil change has gone up from $30 to 52 in just 4 years

Warranty service
Do not take your vehicle to this dealer for service! I brought in my Ford F450 for a knock in the motor which I purchased from this dealer less than a year earlier. My truck sat in the parking lot for just under 5 weeks and was never even started. Every time I would call for an update, I was told that the parts were in but they only had one diesel tech and they should start in a couple days. This went on for weeks until ultimately I took it somewhere else where repairs were started within 24 hours. And don't expect any return phone calls, even from the managers.

Long distance car purchase
Wanted to purchase a very specfic color and feature package of a Mustang convertible my father wanted and found the exact match at this dealer in an online search A few emails and phone calls with Nikki and I had a fair deal agreed to. My only complaint is that "dealer fees" of $599 is excessive by most dealer standards. My father and I actually made the road trip to Denver to trade in his car and completed the purchase two days later ... Kansas is very long and flat!
