they should have called and said no parts
Ford told me i needed a cabin air filter and they offered a second key. When i scheduled the service, that is what i wanted done. If there are no part available, THEY SHOULD have called me and told me such. AND put me on the list to be called when those 2 parts are in. The MACH E rides rough. They stated it was normal? What is normal? When the MACH E GT rides better. What APP did you use to prove that the ride is normal? What road did they drive on? something smooth or bumpy? Just their feel? They should taken me along so that i show. $30 for tire rotation is a bit much given there are shops that do it for free. They should have comp that service as they could not do the primary service needs- cabin air filter and key. I wasted my day.

Make the appointment online was easy. Follow up emails were helpful. Service at the dealership was outstanding. Kevin came out to my car the minute I pulled into the garage. He was friendly and informative about the process. Picking my car up was just as smooth.
