I'm leaving Ethan 5 stars, but the service department

I'm leaving Ethan 5 stars, but the service department gets none! I had an appointment that was secured months ago. When I arrived, there was no technician available so I was forced to leave my car overnight.

Excellent service

Easy to book oil change appointment on the website. Good customer lounge area with wifi so I could work while I waited and they finished the work in the time frame promised and I was on my way. Prices comparable with other dealers.

I took my f250 diesel in for a slight miss at idle they

I took my f250 diesel in for a slight miss at idle they had less than 3 hrs told me I needed a engine replacement I knew this was false tried talking with service manager he told me his technician was the best in his field so he has to take his word for it took it to another dealer they took it apart found problem and are currently fixing it I’ve been a loyal autonation customer for years how they can treat a customer this dishonest is beyond me

Adam provided great service. While doing a recall service he discovered an engine problem. It took a while to get the new engine and get it installed but every thing working fine. Good job.

Great Dealer / Great Selection

From the get go the internet service manager was outgoing and wanted to help me get into a vehicle I could afford and would be happy with. The whole buying process took a couple of hours. The application process was really easy and stress free, I was surprised at the amount of lenders that tried to earn my business, but I was able to get set up through ENT at a great rate. I also got 5 free oil changes and tire rotations with this vehicle, on top of that I?m earning points with ford that will build towards future services. Extremely satisfied and would buy from them again.

Not impressed with the wait

I booked an appointment online to have some warranty work done on my F150 (rear differential pinion seal is leaking). When I dropped it off Josh was my service manager and was very polite. He explained it would be 3-5 days for them to diagnose the issue with my truck, and asked if I can leave it with them that long. I wasn't prepared for it, perhaps if I called and made the appointment I would have known ahead of time. I was hopeful they could get to it sooner so I agreed. I checked the ford pass app the next day and could see they moved my truck to the parking lot. some things came up and I needed my truck back so I headed to Autonation the following afternoon. I spoke with Josh and he was very understanding and immediately retrieved my vehicle, so I never ended up getting my issue resolved. If I had known they needed my truck for 3-5 days before even looking at it I never would have booked the appointment in the first place. Isn't that why we book appointments in the first place? So we can bring in the vehicle when they are ready to look at it?
