I switched from another dealer to this Auto Nation and
I switched from another dealer to this Auto Nation and was pleased with the service. For what I thought I needed, it should have been same day service but was told 4 to 5 days. I was mildly shocked but Adam said that was standard for all Ford dealerships. Oh well, I had an extra car. Tech's found additional items that were needed and provided photos; I agreed. When all was done, I was happy with the work done and received the old parts which confirmed that the additional work was needed. Picked the car up and it was running better than ever.

Even there fake answer from the general manager to call
Even there fake answer from the general manager to call him because he wants to make it right is unbelievable.It's the same answer they put to anybody.And if anyone has ever been able to get through to him I would really like to know

Autonation Ford is the most dishonest company.I've had the displeasure of using in my forty two years of car buying. The car had numerous problems , but somehow they talked me into an expensive warranty to cover those problems. They put new brakes on it yet it is still pulling to the right and feels like i'm skidding on black ice. They said the battery was good during the inspection and within one month.I have to jump.Start it every single time to get it to run. It is leaking oil. The problem. S are endless, it's truly just a piece of junk that they should be ashamed of selling. They answered my one star google review saying they want to fix the problem please call this number yet they will not return my call , nor will the general manager speak to me when I have gone in five times asking for him. They supposedly have a 5 day return policy yet.Would not take the car back and give me my money back when I tried to do that right away. I tried to pay cash for the car and somehow they talked me into a ridiculous loa and an expensive warranty that apparently covers nothing. They actuality told me it would be $1,600 per side to fix the brakes even though they put new brakes on it the week i bought it. I've spent a ridiculous amount of money ubering to them and ubering to work since I bought that car.

The customer service was great.
The customer service was great. Unfortunately when we got home we realized that while they changed the oil they didn?t top it off. We checked it and the oil was VERY low, didn?t even hit the first circle on the dipstick so that was disappointing, and I?m very glad we checked it before we left for our road trip.
