Austin was a great help through the whole process and made everything run fluid and smooth. Treated my car like it was his own or a car he was buying. It was almost like he was buying it with me.

I dropped off my car on Monday, January 5th to have a dome light replaced, along with a taillight that was burnt out. Tuesday the 6th I received a voicemail from Skylar stating that they needed to order parts and the my car would be ready for pick up on Thursday. On Friday, January 9th I called the dealership as I recived no further updates to see if I can pick up my vehicle. I was then informed that one of the parts was still on order and my car would not be worked on untiil at least Monday... I should have been informed on Tuesday the 6th that parts were being ordered and allowed the opportunity to pick up my car until such parts were in stock. There is no need for my car to sit at the dealership while parts are on order...

I want to start by saying that I’m a fan of Daniel

I want to start by saying that I’m a fan of Daniel personally and genuinely enjoyed all of my interactions with him. He was professional, responsive, and honest throughout the process. On his own, Daniel would earn five stars from me. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Alpine Buick GMC in Highlands Ranch was disappointing, and I would not recommend the dealership. As a result, I would rate the experience as two stars overall — five for Daniel, one for the dealership. My issues began immediately with pricing transparency. Vehicles were advertised online at one price, but once I engaged with the dealership, I learned that Alpine automatically installs multiple add-on packages on their vehicles that are not included in the advertised price. When I asked to remove those add-ons, I was told they had already been installed. While removal was technically possible, I would still be charged to remove at least one of the packages. This was a poor start and felt misleading. After extensive back-and-forth — much of it documented via text to ensure clarity — we eventually agreed on a sales price. However, when I reviewed the printed documents I was asked to sign, the numbers did not reconcile. Specifically, the agreed-upon sales price and the “Payment Details” section did not match unless you referenced figures from different columns on the page. The document used was labeled “Tekion Corp 2025” at the bottom and included trade-in and payment details. In my case, I identified a $1,000 discrepancy that required correction. At the last minute, competing dealerships mentioned that some dealers have a reputation for incrementally adding costs throughout the process until buyers feel pressured to accept the final terms. Unfortunately, that description aligned with how this experience felt. The negotiation process became adversarial enough that a manager eventually told me, “It seems like you’re not going to be happy with us no matter what.” I agreed. I told him I would purchase the vehicle at the previously agreed price, but that I was unhappy with how the process had been handled and would not recommend the dealership to others. At that point, I was prepared to walk away if necessary. I ultimately completed the purchase due to a firm year-end deadline for tax purposes; otherwise, I would have chosen a different dealership. I will also be servicing the vehicle elsewhere. Once home, I removed all Alpine license plate advertising and covers. I would have asked them to remove the Alpine sticker on the back of the vehicle as well, but given how contentious the process had already been, I chose not to pursue another discussion. In summary, Daniel did his job well and treated me fairly. My concerns are entirely with Alpine Buick GMC’s sales practices, pricing transparency, and documentation process.

I have been working with Rigo for all my service needs.

I have been working with Rigo for all my service needs. Rigo is the main reason I keep coming back for all my service needs to Alpine Buick and GMC. As a customer you get the freedom to choose any dealership to work on your truck, but after making a friendship with Rigo I will only work with him. Rigo makes the service process enjoyable. From time of drop off to pick up Rigo makes you feel like your truck is in good hands. Rigo is the number 1 advisor working for GMC and it shows. Thanks you!! Erik E

I did not have her.

I did not have her. I had Michael Vorpahl and he was great! Very knowledgeable, he did not rush or pressure us. We had no.idea what we really wanted, he helped guide us to the perfect car.
