I had a great experience overall!! Michael V. helped me out and he was dope to work with and made the process go smooth and got me the best deal. Everyone i came in contact with was dope the manager Zachary T and Alex S. in finance are all good people.

Giving them two stars rather than one because the two

Giving them two stars rather than one because the two individuals who did help me, were very professional and responsive. I did get help from ONE sales accociate & from the financial manager. I had been working this dealership for over a month on the specific vehicle I wanted but never got clarification until the very last second. Also, I still have not received any copies of my documents and they assured me that my vehicle will be detailed before I received it. They did not detail it at all. It was completely dusty and had stains in the carpet from the last owner. You would think they would make the effort espically on an $80,000 purchase. Overall, I wouldn't have gone to this dealership but they had the exact vehicle I wanted so I had no choice.

The sale of my car was good, but at the point of

The sale of my car was good, but at the point of agreement of the price and terms i was told i was going to get my windows tinted and clear bra put on the car included in the deal and i even mentioned it to the finance person i believe his last name was Hulk and when i mentioned it to him he did not even correct me he just said ok and kept going with the finance documents as it was already close to closing. my salesman told me we can schedule the tint and clear bra install on Wednesday 12/17/2025 @ 4:15 pm and i bought the car on Friday 12/12/2025. I showed up at 4:15 on Wednesday the 17th and Mohammad met me at the service department and took my car and had me wait in the service department, and i waited for 1 1/2 hours and i saw my car pull up and Mohammad get out of my car and came in to get me. Mohammad said i have good news and bad news i got my front license plate mount on the car but i wont get the window tint or the clear bra for my car because Mohammad did not put the tint or clear bra in my deal. i asked why he even scheduled my install with me in the first place because it was very disappointed especially with my time that was wasted through this process. if a salesman gives his word on something and a company does not back the deal even if they went around and did not add it to the paperwork the salesman /Alpine did not follow through even when the salesman messed up, you should make it right with the customer and take care of the mistake. Makes me rethink being a reoccurring customer or recommending my friend's and family to the dealership.
