I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THE PREVIOUS TIME MY CAR WAS SERVICED. TREVOR BLOOM, SERVICE CONSULYANT, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO RECTIFY THINGS, INCLUDING DOING THINGS I DID NOT REQUEST. HE WAS GREAT.
