excellent assistance from the salesman

My wife and I went in to purchase a truck and we talked to Ray Gerbich. We discussed what we were looking for and what we could afford. Ray went to work and found exactly what we were wanting on the lot. Ray and James Lee, the finance person, got the truck to a price we could afford. Thanks Ray and James. We couldn't be happier.

Outstanding, chai was amazing😃

This is my third car that I have purchased at Phil long ford. My second that I purchased with Chai he has such a great personality he listens and kept his word and got me a great deal on my new car. Beacause of that I will continue to buy cars with him??.james in finance also was very friendly and made the process easy to understand.??

love my jeep

Awesome job. People are so nice here. Juan found me the jeep i wanted. Finance dept was great as well... Please ask for juan when you come down...

Excellent customer service

We worked with Juan Montoya at Phil Long and our experience was outstanding. Juan was able to answer all of our questions and assist in the financing process. The best part is, Juan is flexible. When the vehicles he picked out weren't the right ones, he wasn't the least bit frustrated when we started wandering the grounds picking by eye. We recommend Juan and Phil Long Ford to all of our friends.

A totally wonderful car buying experience

If you want a totally wonderful car buying experience, please contact Juan Montoya of Phil Long Ford of Denver. I usually have mixed emotions about buying a new car. I love the excitement of getting a new car, but hate the hassles normally involved. Juan listened to what I wanted in a new car buying experience. His emails and phone call assured me that I would get a hassle free experience. When I arrived at the dealership, He had the car we had picked out on the internet ready to go. He answered all my wife's and my questions. Then he talked to the finance guy and told him we wanted no hassles. The finance person was courteous and quickly processed our paperwork. Finally, a hassle proof trip to buy a new car. Thank you Juan Montoya.

CAR SERVICED

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THE PREVIOUS TIME MY CAR WAS SERVICED. TREVOR BLOOM, SERVICE CONSULYANT, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO RECTIFY THINGS, INCLUDING DOING THINGS I DID NOT REQUEST. HE WAS GREAT.
