A little lengthy on the buying process. Have to bring the truck in to get checked out. Making a ticking noise. Phil Long dealership scheduled the service right away.

Ash immediately was pleasant and available when my family

Ash immediately was pleasant and available when my family and I pulled in. Our kids had fun giving high fives and being part of the conversation about buying the new ford truck we came to look at. The whole process was very laid back with Ash, and didn’t seem rushed.

I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT MY TIME AT PHIL LONG FORD DID NOT DISSAPOINT. I HAD A VERY NEW TRUCK THAT I HAD PURCHASED FOR A SPECIFIC REASON, THEN MY PLANS DRASTICALLY CHANGED. THEY GAVE ME SUCH A FAIR DEAL FOR MY TRADE, THAT I WAS VERY SURPRISED . NO PRESSURE, VERY CONCERNED THAT I FIND A WAY TO DEAL WITH MY SITUATION. After purchasing my 2008 Ford Fusion at Phil Long, I have since had all my car's maintenance/repair work done there with complete satisfaction. As a result, for my newly acquired 2019 Ford Escape, I acquired a 10-year maintenance contract with Phil Long. This certainly bespeaks my confidence in the quality of this dealership.
