Not sure if anyone reads this or not, but I'm letting you know this is the last time I will be using your "service" department. You all used to be top notch. That's why I drive 45 minutes across town to come here. The last two times I've been here have been a xxxx show. Once I figured--everyone has a bad day. After today--I'm done. 8:00 appointment for new tires. Was told it was going ti be 1 and a half hours. At 9:30 I asked for a status update. At 10:00 no one had yet given me an update. So I had to ask again. (At this point another customer was demanding her car. She had been here 2 hours for an oil change. Said she was going to Grease xxxxxx). I was told my car was going to be another hour. That's 3 hours if I actually get it then. Why do you even give time estimates if they mean NOTHING to you? I actually had other plans today and was relying on you. In the past you have been wonderful and seemed to care. OBVIOUSLY YOU DO NOT!!! Goodbye.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS GARBAGE/SHADY DEALERSHIP I just picked up my car today from this Lakewood Nissan dealership. To my dismay, I open my car door to find that every nook and cranny has been rummaged through and multiple items have been stolen. For the record this is the second time items have been stolen while the car was in their possession. The "Assitant Service Manager" Ty Campbell, was nothing but rude and dismissive when I came back inside to tell him about the items that had been stolen from my car while in their possession. His response: "I'll have my manager call you on monday" as he smirked at me. This place is literally the last dealership anyone should go to. I only hope this saves someone from having the experience that I've had.

Would not recommend the service department. They misdiagnosed my car from the first saying it was the transmission. Drove home and had the same problem the was the original problem. Now it’s the alternator.they fixed that then two engine light came on. Have had my car for two months still not fixed

Extremely poor service department. Charges for warranty...
Extremely poor service department. Charges for warranty work. Cancels appointments. Doesn’t ever call you to reschedule. Makes you come back for multiple appointments to fix a single warranty issue. Which in my case is STILL NOT FIXED. Refuses to provide a loaner/rental when warranty work is delayed and instead causes you inconvenience to drive out here multiple times and wait multiple hours. BAD SHOP.

I had an extremely wonderful experience leasing a car (Nissan Rogue 2021 SV, premium package) on June 15/16th. I appreciated the fact that this is a family-owned business, and the dealers are willing to negotiate on the price for a lease/purchase. Most of the nearby competitors on the street (Hyuandei, Subaru, etc.) had a no haggle policy and their prices were out of my budget as a recent college graduate/did not start my full-time position yet. Meanwhile, Empire Lakewood Nissan will work with you to try and accommodate your financial circumstances. I would definitely recommend Dominick and Albert; my experience was extremely pleasant during the 5 hours at the dealership. Dominick stayed 1.5 hours after closing to thank us again as we were leaving and came in on his day-off/kindly waited 3 hours (while we were delayed with insurance logistics) to deliver the car. The kind gestures they do here at Empire Lakewood Nissan are really sweet. Would highly recommend this location.

There is no customer care after purchase at this...
There is no customer care after purchase at this dealership. I bought a new car in July 2020 and as part of the sale was reassured that the dealership would renew my temp tags until the state sent my plates. When I called to ask about coming in for a new temp tag in September I was told by the receptionist that "your issue is with the state have a good day" and was hung up on. When I brought it in for an oil change the next day every person I asked in the service department just shrugged when I raised the issue. I then tracked down Albert who sold me the car and was told, "They're not pulling people over for it so were not issuing new tags". After I got a ticket for expired tags I called the dealership where the receptionist Susan was shocked that I had been treated so bad and scolded me for not coming in and going to finance where they do that and going to other departments where its not there job like I was supposed to know better. But she took my name and number and said the owner would get back to me. Three business days later and denied they'd ever heard from or that they would do any of what they had done. I initially left this review in Sept 2020. After going to the dealership for new temp tags I was begged to take down the review by the Sales Manager, Adam Goad, in exchange for the dealership agreeing to pay for my ticket. I agreed to this and removed the original review. After this encounter I left several messages and sent several emails to Adam to get the issue resolved. I never received a phone call or email back. I eventually paid the ticket myself and wrote off ever using Empire Lakewood Nissan again, or any other dealerships in their network. I would never recommend anyone use this dealership if they are expecting any sort of customer service after purchase.
