Service department is outstanding
I made an appointment the same day and my car was finished within an hour. The fix was minor but necessary. The service department is outstanding--I know they'll do a quick and thorough joob.

Great Service
The entire visit was very nice. The only things I would suggest is having water available and not just coffee and/or tea and better wifi. The wifi was very slow and most of the pages I tried to get to would not load. Other than that the service was excellent. Thank you.

Heater repair
The heater in my 2008 Mercury Gran Marquis would no put out heat. A new blender door actuator was required. This involves removing the dash to replace the old actuator. The service department completed the task timely as promised. Because of the distance from the dealership, Landmark also arranged for transportation for me while they had my car overnight to complete the job. The heater now works like new. I was pleased with the completed work. Labor cost was high because of the amount of time necessary for disassembling and re-installing the dash. That is understandable.
