I’ve consistently received outstanding service from this Lincoln dealership. The waiting area is always clean, comfortable, and well stocked, with a convenient workspace available when needed. The entire staff is courteous and professional, and the service managers do an excellent job of keeping me informed while also being understanding and responsive to my concerns. Most recently, Shawn provided excellent service, but I’ve worked with several members of the team over the years and have always had a positive experience. When the time comes for me to purchase a new vehicle, Lincoln will be at the top of my list, in large part because of the exceptional service I continue to receive here.

This is the only dealership I have ever used for service that is totally trustworthy and does not try to sell me unnecessary service items, like air filter changes, with every oil change. They are great.

They are a good team with years of knowledge about how to keep my car preforming well. I brought my Ford Expedition to them with roughly 60K miles and through routine maintenance and some large repairs that need attention after I purchased the vehicle from another dealer, they have kept my suv running at peek performance for over 400k miles to date!
