Love the Navigator, however when it was time for my 10k oil change (prepaid) and two recalls from the dealer I was VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. * Tough to make appt I wanted * They were over an hour late to pick up car * car was suppose to be returned same evening, however it wasn’t returned for 3 days * lack of communication was big issue * I contacted GM to discuss, we never connected and I was Very disappointed This was the FIRST SERVICE my new 2024 Lincoln had been thru, there people were sooooooooo great to deal with until they got my over $100k for the car, then its like they didn’t want to fix things. Just my opinion

Service Rep came to my house to service my car. He was knowledgeable, efficient and did the service in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was was easy to converse with. Would definitely use this service in the future!
