The service writer was very professional and patient with me. He explained what they would do to address my issues and would followed up with a test message and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. I will definitely go back again if I have any maintenance needs with the vehicle.

Love the Navigator, however when it was time for my 10k oil change (prepaid) and two recalls from the dealer I was VERY DISAPPOINTMENT. * Tough to make appt I wanted * They were over an hour late to pick up car * car was suppose to be returned same evening, however it wasn’t returned for 3 days * lack of communication was big issue * I contacted GM to discuss, we never connected and I was Very disappointed This was the FIRST SERVICE my new 2024 Lincoln had been thru, there people were sooooooooo great to deal with until they got my over $100k for the car, then its like they didn’t want to fix things. Just my opinion
