Landmark Lincoln

Everyone at Landmark Lincoln is great. Always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Danen in service is always very helpful. Louis Yacovetta was a pleasure to work with yesterday when I test drove a new MKS. No high pressure or anything like that. A real gentleman. Over the years I have purchased 4 new Lincolns from this dealership and I always have my cars serviced there.How's that for a recommendation? I just keep coming back!

I came in only for a 25,000 mile service which went very smoothly and timely. I particularly like the comfortable waiting lounge that is provided and the prompt service time.

Was able to get the oil change and check-up done in about 1 hour and still able to make it to my doctor's appointment. Staff is courteous and very helpful, so is the cashier. Great dealership! Miss the old waiting room with the more comfortable chairs. However, it's nice to also have a table to use.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I guess the only thing that left me with a bad taste was that there wasn't an option to "negotiate" the price.

My recent experience with getting my car repaired by the body shop was excellent. I brought the car in on a Monday and it was done by Friday. Doug initially explained it would take about a week and it did. When I picked up the car, Phil was very helpful with arranging the return of the Hertz rental car. The repair work looked very good. It didn't look like the car had any damage at all. I also appreciated how clean the car was when I picked it up. Thanks!
