I was disappointed with the concierge service. I was not informed that I had to request a car when they picked up my vehicle for the day of service. That must have changed since the last oil change. The driver was almost one hour late in picking up my car.

I visited Landmark Lincoln thinking about a Nautilus, and was assisted by the most straightforward, non-pressure salesman. The experience was great. I left to go home and think about it, with no pressure, and called the next day to place a deposit.
