I purchased a used Nissan Altima from Holman Honda and began experiencing transmission issues almost immediately. While the vehicle did come with a 30-day warranty, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a five-week ordeal, during which they had possession of my car for the majority of that warranty period. What I discovered afterward was far more concerning. A black sticker had been deliberately placed over the airbag warning light to conceal a known issue with the airbag system. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase and appears to have been an intentional effort to hide a serious safety defect. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming the vehicle was now outside of the 30-day warranty window. This is despite the fact that they themselves held the car for weeks, effectively running out the clock on that warranty. As a result, I was forced to pay over $5,000 out of pocket to repair the airbag system, nearly half of what I paid for the vehicle, just to make it safe to drive. This experience was unacceptable. Between the immediate mechanical failure, the excessive and unreasonable repair delay, and the apparent concealment of a critical safety issue, I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle from Holman Honda.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Is this in regards to the vehicle you purchased from us in October 2023? We replaced your Transmission in addition to SRS repair under Warranty. The SRS was addressed in January 2024 at no cost to you and this appears to be your last visit to our location . We take Safety very seriously and would never under any circumstance put as you stated black tape over an indicator light. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment—only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. Do yourself a favor: Save your time, save your money, and shop anywhere else.

I just bought a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid from Holman Today. Sales rep Deshawn did a nice job. Unfortunately I trusted Ralph the credit manager and sold me an extended warranty for $3,260, $1,700 over the average going rate. Very dishonest! Extremely Dissatisfied and will report to BBB.

We were told that because we ordered before 1pm, our new transmission would be here by Saturday. They are closed over the weekend and on Monday, so they would not start working on it until Tuesday. We should have it back by Thursday (one week from today). This was all quoted to us by Alex in the service department. My husband called to just ask a quick question about what happens when the transmission is removed and he finds out that they have an indefinite shipping date. The same guy, Alex, says they can't guarantee that the transmission will be here by Saturday. There's apparently some issue with the manufacturer. They have no idea how long it will actually take to get the part and get the van repaired. They weren't going to call and inform us though. If we wouldn't have called we would have been surprised when we tried to pick it up next week. Meanwhile, I've already had to cancel a visit home to see sick family, a camping trip with my 3kids, and multiple appointments with no end in sight. We asked if they could give us a loaner since they don't know when they can get it fixed and we were told they don't usually do that. Alex is supposedly going to ask someone, but judging by the way they have handled everything and the way Honda itself works, they won't do anything. They don't care about their customers and they certainly don't stand behind their product. I would strongly caution anyone from using Holman Honda and really from buying any Honda anywhere.

Not as customer service as hoped as I a as hoping Took my honda crv..2018 to have checked out when I had alert.lighting on dashboard. It ended up being several thousand dollars of repairs with was a SHOCK..! A 6 yr old honda..60,000 miles n all these issues just came up . I.ve had several honda.s over the yrs..but this will be my LAST !!!.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not care about you as a customer and will scam you every chance they get. I would highly encourage you to buy a Honda at a different dealership. If you still want to buy your vehicle here, learn from my mistakes. 1. Do not pay for the dealer add-ons, especially Stargard. I purchased my vehicle from them, I attempted to activate the Stargard GPS service. Stargard told me the dealership had never installed the module/activated it. I spent weeks going back and forth with Holman Honda where they continuously lied and tried to put words in my mouth. After 3 months, and threatening to take them to small claims court, I received my money back for this item. 2. Do not purchase any extended warranty. Even if they pretend to cut you some sort of deal by lowering the price of your vehicle purchase. They are only trying to scam you. I worked with Edgar and he lied to me during financing which cost me ~$3600. Here is how he did it: I was given an estimated monthly payment of $771, this payment was much higher than what my actual payment should have been, however I was not aware of this at the time. Edgar showed me what my monthly payment would go up to if I purchased an extended warranty and it was much more that I was willing to pay. He pretended to be a decent human being and lowered the price of my purchase by $500. He then showed me that my monthly payment would be $773. I agreed to the small increase. Here is the fun part, my monthly payment was never $771 and was actually around $690-700, the increase was actually much larger than he made it seem. In the end, this was all in the paper work and I signed after being intentionally mislead. Again, avoid this dealership.
