Bought a new Chevy truck.

Bought a new Chevy Colorado truck. Very easy deal, did most of it through e-mails. No surprises while at the dealership. Good experience. All of the staff I dealt with we're very nice and we'll informed. Leah knew everything about my new truck.

Sasha best sales professional

If you're in the market for a new vehicle then a visit to this dealership is a MUST! Ask for Sasha, BEST sales pro we've ever had the pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Super friendly and helpful. Andrew (in finance dept.) was great in helping us get the best finance deal. This dealership gave us the top dollar for our trade in as well.

New Truck

This dealership found the exact truck we were looking for at the price we were looking for. We drove all the way across town to buy this truck so I'm glad it was a worthwhile experience.

Excellent Experience

Zach was very courteous and thorough. He found the right car for me and made the buying experience effortless. There are a lot of dealerships in the Denver area that could learn from Emich and it’s team.

Everyone was great

Everyone was great!!! Very friendly, excellent service. Very accommodating and friendly. I bought a Q5 with low miles and in excellent condition. Chaz answered all my questions and was always making sure I was doing good.

Service dept

Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Erin Stockman that it would be 1 hr 20 mins. She had a attitude like either take it or leave it. I asked about a problem that my truck is having and asked if I could bring it in on a Saturday and she said during the week would be better. I said I couldn’t because I use my truck for work and she informed me that we all have to work. So they took my truck back, 1 hr 45 mins later I walked up to Erin to see if it was done and she said coming soon. 2hrs & 25 mins later I went back out to the service desk and talked to another service advisor because Erin went home. He told me that they were waiting for paperwork and he comped my oil change because of the time it took. I would think that since the service advisor is the first person the customer sees, that you wouldn’t have such a rude person as Erin as a service advisor. From talking to other people around there. I guess that it just wasn’t me that she treated like dirt.

Competitive Advertised Prices and Clean Cars

The customer service is great, the truck is very clean and they are dog friendly. My salesman Zach is very knowledgeable about the many features included in today's vehicles. He is straight forward, easy going and a pleasure to deal with. Alex made the financial paperwork easy and Cooper the service dog let my lab borrow his tennis ball during the deal. ;) I had several questionable experiences at other dealerships being offered dirty banged up vehicles so I circled back to Emich. Their customer support, fair transparent price, quality product and overall experience puts Emich at the top of the podium. Thanks!

Good service

Treated me well and were willing to cooperate. Only downside was vehicle had a broken tail light when we left. Besides that car in good condition.

Great Experience!

We went online to look at Nissan Murano's. I'd never driven an SUV in my life, so I was hesitate to buy a car other than a sedan. Our salesman, Josh reassured me I could do it on our test drive. His calming demeanor made me want to deal with him, and him only. Being in retail for 40 years, I am very good at reading people, and although he wanted a sale, he also wanted a satisfied customer! I will recommend my peers to your dealership, and definitely give them Josh's name!
