I just got back from my first oil change service with my

I just got back from my first oil change service with my C8 and although it started off rough as I pulled in and a big guy in his late 20's with a hat on wouldn't tell me where to stop my car as I was signaling to him but instead just starred at me 5 feet from my car, kinda weird. Thank God Chole jumped in and saved the day, she was amazing. Nice, curteous, kind I could keep going, profession, thorough, anyway you get the picture then she went to lunch and Mathew took over who was at lunch when I pulled up and he was awesome as well! I'm definately going back because of these 2. I was going to give a 4 stars because of the way things started but nope can't do it because of Chole and Mathew 5 stars!

xxxxxxx xxxx dealership. Have proof

Paid 43k for a 2017 “certified” Tahoe z71 transmission blew, AC blew and battery blew within 5 months. Zero managers would return my emails or calls and service department wouldn’t squeeze me in. Avoid at all costs and have screenshots and time stamps to prove it. Once you sign, they don’t give a xxxx about you. xxxxxxxx!

I purchased my car the day after Thanksgiving while

I purchased my car the day after Thanksgiving while visiting my daughter from Missouri. While the initial trade of my old car and purchase of my current car went very well, it was after the purchase that things went poorly. I was told that they would take care of the titling and registration on my car, which otherwise I would have done willingly on my own. It literally took over 3 months for them to accomplish this and would have taken longer had I not had to reach out numerous times to figure out what the delay was . I had registered (and paid for ) two years on my previous car which they were aware of however when the plates were finally sent to me , this was not done. I have since reached out numerous times to the general manager regarding this just to be ignored . At minimum a slight response would have been appreciated given everything however apparently professionalism and accountability only exists prior to and during the purchase of one of their vehicles .
