Yes, but with caution.
Yes, but with caution. Brought my 2008 Corvette in to determine the cause of a radio malfunction. Left the car there 3 days and they found the issue with the part number needed for replacement. They could not find the part within GM. I found the new past and called to have it installed and they said they could not do it. Reason: radio would have to be pulled and sent out. Bottomline: not the GM dealer for me if they will not fix even with their own part.

Thank you for the opportunity to follow up to my above concern. Hopefully, the call will turn out to be the next step in a needed repair rather than a customer feel good follow up. For the record, living in Steamboat Springs, the trip to Emich is a 320 mile journey with ancillary associated costs. Not your short trip for a repair. I am hoping for a radio fix with an invitation to return. I will be calling today-10/8/25

Nora Tellez was a great salesperson to work with. We were impressed with her knowledge of the Colorado truck that we were interested in purchasing. When it came to closing we met with Angel Renovato and he was also great to work with. The closing went smoothly without any hard sell. Kudos to both of these two!
