Christian was amazing. When I got to the dealership, she had the vehicle I came to look at warmed up and ready to go. After the test drive, I noticed a couple things that needed to be fixed for me to complete the deal. She was quick about getting the vehicle to service and back to me in minimal time in the same day. Her knowledge of the sales process and speed of the sale was the best I have seen from a salesperson in a long time. A great pleasure to work with. Friendly, fast and efficient. Christina was busy when we walked in and was asked to help us. She didn't hesitate at all. Jumped up and figured out which car we were there to see within a matter of seconds. She was quick to respond to questions and if she didn't know the answer she was very quick to get someone who did. Awesome experience with her and the dealership.

I shopped at Emich because they had a large inventory of used Chevy Volts. Christina was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the Volt. I initially purchased a car and when I got home I realized it didn't have a backup camera. I contacted Christina and asked if I could exchange it for another with the camera. She worked with her manager and made the exchange process seamless with no additional charges. If you are looking for a Volt, look no further than Emich and Christina!

Went in to buy a truck, just wasn't sure which one. Looked around a bit, test drove one and knew it was the right one. Settled on a price and went back a few days later to close the deal. The paperwork went smooth and Matt took the time to go over the features of the truck with me.
