AutoNation Honda was a great and everyone was super

AutoNation Honda was a great and everyone was super helpful and cheerful. The lot not only had cars we could look at but a model we ended up buying. Prior to visiting them on that day there wasn’t inventory at other Honda dealers. Once we decided on the car the process to close was smooth and quick. Everything was prepared in financing and the financial person worked with us to transfer previous services. We walked out the door quicker than any previous experience and now I have a fantastic Honda

Our vehicle was totaled out on June 17th and we requested

Our vehicle was totaled out on June 17th and we requested to have the GAP insurance canceled. The request was faxed mid-July. To date, Autonation Honda has not refunded our $1000 for the cancellation of the GAP contract, nor will respond to email requests asking for an update. I am not surprised by any of this. Do not buy from this dealership! You will have to beg, barter, and plead just to get them to do their job. And of course, they are not BBB accredited; therefore, I cannot file a complaint with them!
