Don't have a title

I was disappointed when I got home and reviewed my papers -- although I was verbally told everything checked out okay, the Report Card was not filled out -- was blank in every category. That's why I didn't give you a 5 on how did we do.

Great Dealership!

We had new tires put on our ford explorer and had an oil change done. The staff was very helpful! We will definitely be coming back for other services needed and future new vehicle purchases.

2009 F150 Brake Job

My 2009 F150 has close to 50,000 miles, needed new rotors all around and a radiator flush. Dropped the truck off Monday morning, picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Took it for a test drive down the west side of Eisenhower tunnel and the brakes worked great. I'm happy and I've had my truck served there since it was new.

Dealership has employee Rich who talks about thier customers

There is an employee by the name of Rich Mitz who works in the leasing department. I called him several times, he did not return my call. Then I called him for the 8th time and I was talking with him on the phone and we ended our conversation. His phone did not disconnect and I heard him talking about me. He said "she don't know what the xxxx she is doing" he proceeded to tell who ever he was talking to my personal business. When I spoke to Colin Cunningham who is the manager and told him what was said he just dismissed it like it was nothing. I bought a brand new Escape from them and paid a total price of $43,000. NOW IS THAT THE WAY THEY APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS???

I want to give a great big THANK YOU to Shawn Otterson and his staff at the Collision Center for servicing our vehicle with a new paint job on the roof of our truck. They did a fantastic job. Shawn worked diligently with us to find a solution to what appeared to be a hopeless feat. We ended up having to pay out of our own pocket for a FORD defect and FORD should have covered the cost, however, thanks to Shawn, we only had to pay a small amount. Again, we "THANK YOU"

They don't honor the price you were quoted!

Found a used car that I liked, emailed them stating what my my budget and trade in was, was told that was "more that reasonable for the car". So I make the drive up, love the car, think it is all taken care of, then BOOM oh that car is 4k more than you were told (a 36.36‰increase ). I then show them the emails stating that was a price they could work with, doesn't matter, they don't honor it! I called an spoke to manager "Jerry", about my experience, he stated that agreeing that a price is "more than reasonable" doesn't mean that it actually is a reasonable price! Not sure what world they live in there, but in my world that means that it is an acceptable price. Very disappointing, would never recommend.
