Earl was phenomenal to work with.

Earl was phenomenal to work with. communicate skills are at a A+ he did everything I asked to be done and also told me upfront of what to expect . Such as timing,how much the cost and also communicated well with the tech,s , for example the driveshaft bearing was ok but should be replaced ... Earl said we should replace that since the transmission is being replaced ... So I did ... Truck shifts great and I got cold A/C ... Everyone did there job . And great job guys I am a happy camper ...

The hardest part was scheduling a recall repair

The hardest part was scheduling a recall repair appointment. The voicemail I was directed to was full for approximately two weeks! I was preparing myself to go to the service area to try to make an appointment, but I finally got through. No problems with the actual appointment.
