Almost immediately after setting up our Vendor account, the Fleet Services team was able to get our vehicle in for service. The Fleet Serives team, especially Earl, and Jorge were very responsive and kept me updated throughout.

Miranda was gracious and extremely helpful.

Miranda was gracious and extremely helpful. I brought my 2009 Ford Edge in for some maintenance and troubleshooting, had planned to leave for 3 days. Bad planning on my part as Rental Cars were sold out and thus I needed to get car back early - figured I would bring it back for any unfinished items. But Miranda and the team saw to it to get it done. It runs like new. Very appreciative of the level and quality of the service. Great job, especially hats off to Miranda!

Within 2 minutes a salesperson approached and introduced himself as Eissa. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was very polite, trusting & friendly. Didn’t let me drive away without making sure I was knowledgeable RE: the security devices on the Ford Ranger.
