Nothing but professional

I have gone to John Urban for all of our automotive needs. He is very professional and truly care about what your needs are in a vehicle. He is not one to sell you something you cannot afford or shouldn't own. He is honest...yeah, I know! 100% Satisfied!

I went to Larry H Miller Truck center looking for a new car. I was amazed on how great their customer service is! Lucas Keenan helped me find the right car, answered all my questions and made sure me and my dad were comfortable and were satisfied when we left. Even though we were there very late, Lucas was patient with us. I would recommend anyone coming to Larry H Miller Truck Center on 104th and looking for Lucas! Overall I give my visit a 10/10!

Great Buying Experience

Nathan went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I wanted going as far as Ohio to negotiate the deal/vehicle I was looking for. He does a great job with no messing around on the price or added fees. I would highly recommend using him for any of your vehicle needs. Buying a new 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel Limited

We ordered and purchased a new 2016 Ram 1500 Eco-diesel Limited from Susan O'Dell at Larry H Miller on 104th, and it was a long process to get the Limited version, which was not available to be ordered until mid August of 2015. Dealing and agreeing on the purchase was conducted with integrity and professionalism and Susan was a real joy to work with. (As many of you have experienced, doing a new car deal can be a real hassle and nuisance.) We encountered some challenges with the initial truck delivery, and, Susan and James Tyson worked very hard to resolve the issues with FCA/corporate and production. They both went beyond my expectations to resolve the issues to my satisfaction and acceptance. Finally, at closing the deal and accepting the delivery of the 2016 Ram 1500 truck, all of the agreements were honored with integrity; and it turned out to be a no nonsense purchase and a good experience. This type of professional integrity is very highly appreciated not just by me, but surely by all car buyers. I am very pleased that I bought my 2016 Ram 1500 Eco-diesel Limited from Susan O'Dell at Larry H Miller, and I have already recommended (and will continue) her to my friends and colleagues. And of course, when I will be buying another car, I will look forward to working with her again!

i was called in my a manager due to the poor service I had with the service department so went in and they wanted to make things right next thing I know I was told I could trade my car in for another call at the same payments that I was paying for my other car little did I know that was not the case after the sacred we signed a lease I went back in the next day under 24hours and spoke with them about getting my car backi can't afford the payments they put me on after I talked to my bank and told me we can not do what the dealership had told you to do basically they told me just to pay the high payments for two months and go refinance the car and they will get you to your payments with your old car nope so I have been back everyday since I have had this new car trying to get back my old one they refuse to work with me knowing I can't make these payments so they got rid of the paper work for the lease and told me we are going to just act like the lease never happens and make this a purchase I still was not happy about that I just wanted my car back but at that point it dose not keep me stuck into a lease but I still don't want this car the payment are to high even as a purchase they will lie to you to get money in their pocket it's sad when you go to a company to trust them to do right for you and they trun around and lie and cheat you and now I have a huge debt problem because of them.!!!!! And the list that they have for the people working there are all gone they don't have half of them people I worked with everyday

Best Customer Service Experience

Mr. Urban took ALL the stress out of buying a car. He listened to my needs and concerns. He answered ever question I had. I never felt pressured or rushed while making my purchase. He even had my mother at ease and kept her involved while respecting me as the buyer. Getting me in my dream vehicle was a team effort by the staff. I would recommend Mr. Urban to my family, friends, and co workers.
