No Communication of Diagnostic Charges
They simply don't let you know about the $185 charge to just open the hood. They didn't let me know about the cost for the service after they identified the problem.

This dealership was very helpful, welcoming, and easy going. Being a first time car buyer, it was not pressure filled and intimidating. The staff was great. David Hantman was our sales associate and he was willing to answer every question no matter how silly it seemed. Highly recommend!

Aaron Mitchell and David hantman sold me a 2007 Saturn and it was quick easy and painless. Neither of them was pushy or rude, as you most often expect from a car salesman. They did an excellent job of informing me about the car.

Service Department is Poor
I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit with 28,000 miles. The SRV 4WD and traction Control Off light came on. I called AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West and made an appointment. The earliest time available was 3 weeks out. Service Advisor stated no further damage would be done, but not to drive if Check Engine light was on and flashing. My appoint day finally came on September 20th. I dropped the Jeep off on time. During check-in, I was told they were pretty busy and was asked if we could work with them. We said that would be fine and were OK with an extra day. We called on the 21st and were told that no work had even begun. Essentially the appointment time just puts you in the queue and doesn't get you in any faster. Not sure why I need to make an appointment if I just puts me in line with the other customers. I told them to not perform any work and I would pick-up. No apology, nothing. I told them I was going to write a review and they basically said they are highly rated and we really don't care. DO NOT do business with this dealership. They don't care. They even told me I could expect the same thing at other dealerships. On to my independent mechanic. I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT.

Frustrating
My Jeep was subject to recall - notice received in June. I called this dealers recall number 25 - 30 times without an answer and without a call back. I scheduled an oil changer service and noted that the recall needed to be done. Person who checked me in said there was no note of the recall item and that the parts were VIN specific (total BS). The check-in process was hectic and crowded. No calls from the dealership until the call for completed. The work appears to have been done competently but the service was poor.
