Martin Chevy is always clean.

Martin Chevy is always clean. Blake and other advisors are always very efficient and helpful. Waiting area is comfortable and has something for everybody. Bathrooms clean - A must. Text updates are great. Free car washes are great. Cashiers and check-out are great.

Martin Chevrolet is a class act.

Martin Chevrolet is a class act. Had a situation with some tires on our sons equinox that were wearing very fast , they replaced all 4 tires under warranty. Ralph helped with all the calling with the tire Rep and scheduled all the work to fit in my son’s schedule for college. Awesome job!!! Thanks, Sean

I made an appointment for a computer update on my Tahoe.

I made an appointment for a computer update on my Tahoe. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. When I got there, I told about 2 hours. It took 3 hours and 20 minutes. If I knew that it was going to be so long, I would have arranged for someone to come and get me and bring me home.

Brought my car in next the tire monitor lite was on.

Brought my car in next the tire monitor lite was on. Ralph had service look at it and follow through with repairs. Took about a half hour and I was on my way.

From the person who answers the phone to the service

From the person who answers the phone to the service writer to the parts specialists to the actual mechanic, everyone gave me very personalized attention. My service writer, Samantha, not only called, but also texted with me. There were very few surprises. When there was one, the mechanic took me back to my car and showed me exactly what was going on.
