Shaws Auto Sales

The shadiest car dealership that I have ever been to. A lot of the vehicles have been in wrecks, unauthorized credit inquiries, and promises that are not kept. I would not go to this dealership.

I want to start off by saying I have purchased about 5 vehicles in my lifetime and have never dealt with the friendliness, compassion and consideration I experienced with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle from Nick and had a great worry free experience.

Car had Carfax info of 57K miles. Within 9 mos the car had the A/C fixed, and (2) CV axles replaced. The mileage was incorrect, because that isn't possible with that mileage. 2014 Car bought in 2019, mileage on that car in 2016 was 41k. Car sat for 3 yrs????? B.S.

I purchased 2005 Ford f-250 power stroke crew cab back in Sept, I brought it home my wife noticed a fuel smell in the truck while driving it. I took it back and without hesitation they replaced the injectors and other items at no cost to me , my truck runs like a champ. Shaw Auto Sales is a top notch dealer.

WHEN I FIRST CAME TO THE LOT I ONLY HAD A LITTLE CASH ON ME,PREVIOUSLY I WAS ON OTHER CAR LOTS BEING TURNED DOWN, I WAS REFERRED BY A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS SO I CAME TO SHAW'S AND TALK WITH LARRY ABOUT A CAR, I TOLD HIM HOW MUCH CASH I HAD AND WHAT I WANTED MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO BE, LARRY SAID HE HAD A CAR IN MIND WE WALK OVER TO THE CAR, I WANTED TO CRY BECAUSE I NEVER PURCHASE CAR IN MY LIFE BEFORE,,LARRY&MARK WERE EXCELLENT TO ME THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A SOMEBODY INSTEAD OF A NOBODY,I GIVE THEM BOTH 100% WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. I have gotten 2 cars there and had all the maintence done there as well. I will never go anyplace else! Nick, Mark and Larry treat me like family.

I have purchasd 5 cars from Shaw's over the years. The cars good and the price is always fair. Mark has always treated us like family and is always true to his word. The 30-day warranty allows sufficient time to discover the noteworthy flaws in the car, and Shaw's always fixes them... no euivocation, no hassles. I've looked around other dealers in the Fresno area. Of them all, I heartily recommend Shaw's Auto Sales for a used car purchase.

I had the worst experience from another dealership, this same day I happened to walk into Shaws Auto Sales. After wasting 3.5 hours previously, I was surprised to experience LITERALLY Driving out of this lot with a car. I was there maybe an hour. Got all the answers I needed up front and the car I wanted with a GREAT deal. The General manager (Mark Sexton) was Fantastic. It has been 2 days since my purchase and I have already told everyone I know exactly where to go to get a car!! EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXCELLENT CAR!!!

Hi, my name is Vinnie and I bought a truck from them, and I plan on buying anther from Nick and the Crew. Dow at Shaw Auto Sales they really took care of me, finally an auto dealer that really takes care of their customer. Really old school, customer comes first, if I had any issue they where right on. Mark and Larry at Shaw auto sales recently went above and beyond to help me keep my car. I am recently going through a divorce and my soon to be ex-husband refused to help me financially with bill and our 3 kids. I was unable to keep making my payments so i had to return my car. Later in the day Mark called me to say they would lower my payment but when i got to the office Mark and Larry did the most amazing thing. They handed me my pink slip and along with encouraging words, that everything will get better soon. I would refer them to everyone, not only for what they did for me but through out the years of making my payments they have always been kind and friendly. Very understanding when something unexpected came up. What they did for me is give me hope when i needed it the most. I can never thank them enough. Thank you Mark and Larry.... Monique
