We have been working with Joe for a while now and he is the most kind and caring person. He always bends over backwards to help make the buying process as easy as possible. The car color I wanted for my new Atlas Cross Sport was not available here but was in Colorado Springs. Joe took it upon himself to drive down there and drive my new car up to me. That is the kind of customer service you get with Joe. If you want someone you can trust and wont pressure you and is just so supportive and helpful through the whole process, you will want to work with Joe. Thank you Joe for everything. You’re truly a stand out person and salesman. Ed Carroll is so lucky to have you on their team.

I’ve been working with Kat at Ed Carroll for years. I always receive professional and personal service. I trust Kat to always look out for my needs and not to try to “sell me”. I recently purchased a vehicle from AutoNation because they were a dealer in the make I needed and the difference in service between the two was like night and day. I have bought 7 Audis from Ed Carroll since 2005 and have always be happy with how I have been treated and also with the service I have had performed there. Since I have started buying my Audis there, I haven't even considered looking at another Audi dealership.

John and the Ed Carrroll staff are above a 10. John went above and beyond to get the Q7 that fit us the best. His product knowledge is second to none. They delivered a new vehicle in outstanding condition, as John knew I was very picky.

Excellent service. Ryan is extremely professional. My Cayenne has always been serviced at Ed Carroll and I will not take it anywhere else. Highly recommended.
