Purchase Experience

I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion. My salesman was Ronnie. The sale was easy and didn't take long. I like the car. I have called and left a message for the salesman that sold me the car inquiring about a second set of keys and an owners manual that seem to be missing. I have had no call back. The finance person was fantastic.I purchased the car a week ago. I do feel that as soon as the sale was final, I was not thought of again. I still would like to hear from someone about the owners manual and the keys.

Quality dealership

I dealt with obviously two of your best sales people Mike and Ronny. They worked hard to get me the best deal I could since I was trading in a car of my own. After making the deal they explained everything so thorough including questions I had concerning the working of the new lincoln town car which was loaded with options. Honesty and integrity is so important to me hopefully you realize you have two of the best. Charles Teich

Haggle free, friendly

Absolutely the best people I've ever worked with to buy a car. There was no pressure put on me to buy. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. When it came down to buying my car they fought for me and did everything they could to get me the best deal. Every dealership I visited before here had tried to pull some funny business or try to talk me into things that didn't make sense. From the get go everything was very clear and all out on the table. Great dealership and great employees. I will definitely recommend them. And for sure will return for my next purchase.

loveland ford

Our expereince at Loveland Ford was great. I was really dreading shopping for a new car and was referred to Loveland Ford. They made it effortless and did everything they said they would plus more. A salesperson, Melissa was the best. She even made it a great experience for my 10 year old son who had to come along. We couldn't be happier with our Ford Fusion.
