don't take your car here for service
My wife took her 2016 Chevy Malibu in for an oil change. Next morning there was a 3 x 4 oil slick under the car on our brand new garage. They offer to bring the car in and fix it then deliver it to my wife's work. They also are going to send someone out to get the stain off the garage floor. So far so good right. Car gets delivered to the wife with oil stained finger prints all over the inside drivers door panel. I still have a 3 x 4 foot oil stain in my garage. You pay more to take your car in to the dealer thinking your getting the best service but this place doesn't beat jiffy lube for 1/2 the price.

So a guy named Art gave me a call and offered to detail the car and said he would need it 1/2 a day to make sure it was a good job. He also indicated he would send out a professional cleaner to get my garage clean. We took the car in for the detail job and they had the car about 6 hours. After we got the car back I could not believe what I was seeing. I was like were is the camera crew, this has to be a prank. Still finger prints on the door panel, not even close to any detail job I ever had before. I could not even believe it. I am serious, I thought any second some camera crew is going to pop out and say your on some prank show. Wish I could post pics here, but needless to say I have not heard back from Art about cleaning the garage or to ask how the detail job was. I wish I could send him pics.
Oil change gone wrong
Took my wife's car in for an oil change. Got it home and the next day a quart to quart and a half leaked out on the garage floor. They sent out a tow truck to pick up the car since we did not know what was leaking and did not want to damage the car. They fixed the oil plug that was not tight and delivered the car to my wife's work. When my wife got in the car the drivers side door has oil finger prints all along the inside of the door panel next to the window. They did send someone out to clean up the garage floor. It could have been worse and overall they did a good job trying to make us happy after the fact but this is not my first issue with this dealership service department. My wife is livid about all the finger prints in the car, she keeps that car immaculate. You pay more to take your car to the dealer because you expect the best. You can get better for less at jiffy lube and regular repairs. I would not recommend them for any service on your car.

2017 Silverado 1500 a amazing machine, Davidsons a legacy!
I bought my first car in 1966 from Davidsons, a 1965 Chevy Impala, and several more in the following years as did my parents and grandparents. Many years ago I met Scott Hartwigsen. I honestly don't remember which vehicle he sold me at the time but I did remember him. I recently traded in my 2001 Silverado for a 2017 Silverado, the truck has changed since 2001. What a amazing truck! There were a few "situations" that developed during the buying and selling process that were handled by him extremely well. I remember my grand dad telling me in his later years, "Greg, all I have left is my memories". I will remember Davidson Geghardt among those memories as I reach that time in my life. Thank you Scott for a memorial experience. I would not buy a vehicle from anyone besides Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet. Greg

No Hassle!!
My entire family has been buying cars from Davidson-Gebhardt since 1997. I know we are somewhere between 20 and 30 vehicles so far.
