So, when it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle last September, I didn't even shop around, I went straight to North Park Volkswagen. When I had a repair this week, my experience with the service department was first class and exceeded all expectations. Jason is my husband's service advisor, and now mine as well. He was on top of everything and my car was taken care of faster than I would have ever expected. His communication was excellent. When I picked up my car, he was at lunch, but Eli took excellent care of me. I have been telling all my friends about my wonderful experience.

Scott Day is the most awesome sales rep ! He has been there for us for several vehicles and helps with all Kinds of questions ! Jeremy in the service dept is great for looking after my bug when it is getting serviced . He pays attention to details and listens well . When Jeremy takes care of my bug I never ever have to be concerned ! It’s always right ! Give Jeremy a raise !!!! . (I do however wish that it was easier to actually call the service desk . It seems hard to reach the service desk no matter what time of day you call . ) The rest of the team is great !! I am very blessed to have a great team to take care of all my bugs and their needs !
