I was interested in a 2009 Chevy Trailblazer they had for sale. I emailed them to see if it was available and to see if they would send me a copy of the Carfax before I made the trip to there shop. NEVER heard from them. So I tried again and NEVER heard from them. If all had gone well I would have bought that SUV.

First let me say, I prefer used over new cars being financially competent and not filthy rich I just can't get past the new car depreciation rip off. That said, I am retired military and love a good pickup truck, Toyota Tacoma is always my first choice. A & H had a great truck very similar to the one somebody hit & ran on me one week prior. My previous truck was parked when criminals in a stolen vehicle banged it up to the point of being totaled, so I immediately went in search of another with similar low mileage as my 2003 had. The 2002 that I bought from A & H, was in great condition but needed a part that they were working on prior to me coming in. We made a fair deal since I was paying cash, and they let me drive the vehicle around while waiting for the part to come in. When it came in (about 2 days) they had a mechanic drive out to my place in DC about 45min away, pick up the vehicle while I went to work and within two hours they called saying the vehicle was parked in front of my house and informed me of were the keys were located. Great customer service! Also, when I first came to their location I was driving a rental and couldn't drive the other truck home, so Jay Jay (one of the owners) picked me up at my house at my convenience and drove me all the way back to Chantilly to retrieve the truck, so that's two times front door service:) Registration/Inspection on a salvage title is pretty seamless in DC. Just let the inspector know it's a salvage title or you will end up going through twice, also the DMV will take approximately 2-3 days to clear your title with MPD, just to make sure it's not stolen, I turned in my title on Wednesday and they called me on Friday to register, I had no problem at all. I am very happy with my new/used Tacoma it only has 116,000miles (my 2003 had 102,000) and it has some perks that I didn't have on my previous truck, like bed cap and tow kit. They also gave me the before pictures and of course I downloaded the carfax history (DC DMV will also provide you a copy and go over it with you to make sure you're aware) everyone was very helpful and transparent throughout the process. At the end of the day it's up to you to do your diligence and feel good about your purchase. I have a great personal mechanic, who did the once over while I was waiting for the part to come in and I am very pleased with what we found (oil needed changing, and brake fluid needed to be drained) otherwise he told me I made a great deal, the truck is in top shape for it's age. And believe me he took about three hours with me in the garage going over every meticulous detail, undercarriage & belts included. Again, I'm more comfy with used cars so this will be my go-to-place. If you prefer luxury they have nice BMW, Infinity, Lexus, and an overall good selection, I was quite impressed. It's been a month now and I've been driving around the city and on the beltways to Virginia and Md, so far no problems. I definitely plan to do business with them again!

JJ is very honest stand up dealer in my book. He took his time to show does good quality cars in our budget and only in my budget. it was very hassle free and JJ has a great sense of humor. As I see it, he truly respects the wishes of his customers. I did buy a 2001 Lexus with only 40,000 miles on the odometer. Again, JJ was totally up with me in all aspects, especially with before and after photos. I noticed before buying the vehicle that the two fog lights were missing. He told me he would please come on order and install them for free. Once I got home, I noticed that the auto stick was not working. I then called JJ to let him know with the symptoms were. He then told me check into it and get it fixed. To the audience that is reading this, these are used cars and and times you will get a bug or two that needs to be fixed. My car was manufactured in 2001 and it drives like a dream!!! This dealership is all about good customer service and a dealership such is this is very very hard to find. I do highly recommend to folk that are looking for a good used cars to go to the dealership first. You will definitely leave with a smile on you face knowing you purchased a good sound car. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I needed a car fast and suddenly and they worked with me in ways I could not imagine, not to mention that I got an incredible deal on a great car that was exactly the vehicle I needed at the price I needed. The owners could not be nicer, friendlier and more helpful and they take quality and customer satisfaction more seriously than anyone I have ever dealt with. They disclosed everything about the used car to me without my having to ask any questions and they made sure that all issues were handled. I plan on buying cars exclusively from them as long as they are still in business. I could not recommend them more highly.
