Ben Johnson in the service center, was my point of contact from the time I made the appointment to bring my vehicle in. He provided great customer service from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable. Prior to my last service, I had to have a battery diagnosis done. He fit me right in and because they could not find anything wrong, he did not charge me for the diagnostic service. He should be recognized for his outstanding!!! customer service.
