30K Mile Service on 2015 Odyssey

All recommended work done in a very timely manner. Great customer service, and use of the service provided to take me home and pick me up when work was complete was again a great experience.

Terrible auto service

I had Mike Maroone's service center repair a few minor oil leeks, replace the timing belt and water pump on my 2002 honda civic, the oil pan seal they installed failed resulting in the loss of most of the oil in the engine, they replaced the faulty oil pan seal. My car did not use any oil between oil changes, it has over 270,000 miles on it, those miles didn't happen by me abusing and neglecting the car I have taken very good care of it. The car now has engine noise and burns one quart of oil every 1000 miles. I have been told by Art (Service Manager) that the cars oil consumption is perfectly within Honda's specifications (even a new car) and Mike Maroone will not fix my engine because there is nothing wrong. Be forewarned do not take your car to this dealer for service, and be aware if you buy a car (new or used) that uses this ridiculous amount of oil Mike Maroone will tell you there is nothing wrong, it is perfectly acceptable oil consumption.

Great service from great people

My battery died in my 2014 CRV. I called the Mike Maroone Dealership, and someone was at my house within an hour. Since there were a few maintenance items that I needed, they took my car to the shop, and someone called me wtihin an hour to go over what I needed done. I was told the car would be ready the next day. When I didn't hear anything by 6:30 PM the following day, I called the shop to ask about it and was informed that my car had been ready at noon and that someone had called me. I informed the lady that I had been home all day, waiting for the call, but it never came. She double checked my phone number, which was correct. I went in the next morning (after calling Bob, the very wonderful gentlemen who ferries all us customers to and from home and the dealership) and was greeted by the gentleman I had spoken with on the day of the problem. He explained the mix-up and why I did not get a call when the car was done, and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to come and greet me personally and to apologize. That means a lot to me. Once I drove the car off the lot, I could tell that it "felt" different -- better. I thank the crew for doing such a great job -- all of them!

A really good experience, my service writer was Dylan, he was very friendly and professional. The car was ready when he said it would be and he explained everything to me. The service department was terrific. I expect this department to always honestly assess what needs to be done to ensure that my car is safe and runs smoothly. When you purchase a car, you are also "purchasing" the service department. I purchased my Honda because it is a good car and the service department does a good and honest job. Thank you
