I went in for preventive maintenance, and they ended up recommending additional condition-based services. When I asked for the total cost, I was told it would be $733. However, when it was time to pay, the total came out to $1,365. When I questioned the difference, they told me that the $733 was only for replacing the rear brakes. I feel they were misleading and dishonest, trying to take advantage of customers to make more money. Labor costs were also extremely expensive.

No. That is the best word I would use to describe them. 1. I took my acura there to be serviced. They left the positive battery cap off (apparently they threw it away). They had to order another one. If they missed such a little detail like that - makes you wonder. 2. Other incidences with not paying attention to detail 3. I had a motor front bearing go out and chew up the engine block (according to them). When acura offered to pay it back - this place claimed they didn't have records of such work. Liars. I have the bill. Something dishonest is going on here. This is your typical Pueblo business. They will rip you off. Beware. I came from Dallas Texas four years ago. Even the worst mechanics there were better than these people in both quality and honesty. I am thinking of tying this company and its headquarters up in a multiple million dollar law suite just to make a point. Maybe a few civil law suites in there with judgements against some individuals so they will never see a tax return or a home again? Does one need to go to such extremes to make a point? People are tired of dishonest cheaters and someone needs to make a stance.

The owner and staff were exceptionally helpful answering my questions about a used Civic that I have for sale. The car was originally purchased from them. Without my asking, and at no charge, they gave me a Carfax report and other documentation about the Civic. They even gave me some tips about selling the car!

Terribly rude customer service/ sales! If you went to this place to purchase a car and had a bad experience...I feel sorry for you! If you went to this place to purchase a car and had a good experience...I still feel sorry for you. Most likely got ripped off! From what I could gather this place is full of themselves and so it shows in their prices and attitude. I asked a simple question and I mean simple, but because of their xx sales tactics (which just make them look dumb) and their over sized ego it took awhile to get the question somewhat answered. When they somewhat answered the question they were very rude and tried to played it out like I was the one acting stupid. Their sorry attempt at trying to be witty while implying that I was stupid will remind me never to go back here again or do any sort of business with Vidmar Honda. Furthermore the bitter taste they left in my mouth will always give me the energy every time to give my opinion about this business: So when anyone I know asks where should I go to shop for a new or used vehicle I will say definitely not Vidmar Honda, avoid that place at all costs! I also did a good amount of research and the vehicles I was looking at were in deed quite over priced! The high miles in correlation to the year of the vehicle was not included in their "calculated" listing price. Which by the way is their "Best Price", which is a joke just like this business, which unfortunately is very fitting in todays world...xxx-backward, over priced, rude, greedy, inflated, horse malarkey business up an operating. Conclusion: I would rather walk then purchase a car from here.

Easy to make an appointment and got my car in and serviced while I waited. Fast and efficient. I like that as I drive in, I receive an update on my tires. And, they ended the great service with a free car wash! What more could a person ask for!

They always insure that all needed work is brought to my attention. I know the work will be done properly, and quickly. Love the coffee/hot-chocolate machine available while I wait!

I have never been treated so well by a car dealership. Everyone was so helpful and worked hard to fix my car. I ended up replacing it which was the best thing I could have done. Thank you all

We purchased our latest car from Vidmar because of Larry’s assistance in getting what we wanted and because of vidmar’s service department. We have purchased a number of cars from Vidmar over the years and have been customers since 1989. Vidmar service department has been our top choice ever since. Every person we’ve dealt with at Vidmar has been exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to work with! I cannot say enough good things about Bob Sanchez, and the service department!! They have kept us coming back all these years! Very highly recommended!
