No stars! Horrible. Unethical sales people. Get u to come in to see a specific car that is then made unavailable while u drive the 20 minutes in. Total scam! Tyler sales mgr horrible. Do not buy here. Do not even waste time going here.

Easy Experience, Came Home With a Great Car.
I drove 2 hours to come look at a 2014 Honda Civic at Coughlin. The images online clearly showed the vehicle, and after taking a look at the CarFax I felt confident that it was a good car. When I made it to Coughlin, I was offered a test drive. The car drove great, nothing sketchy. I worked with two employees to settle on the right deal; they were both very friendly and genuinely wanted to help me. Overall, a great experience.

Buyer beware... If you have trouble later with any warranty issues good luck. You will get the run around from the service center and the insurance company. We would have been beter off to have taken it elsewhere to be worked on.
