Nightmare experience, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I tried the EV Countryman and the sales manager could not answer a single question I had about the car. Despite this, I decided to purchase one. The sales manager wasted an hour trying to sell me warranties covering drive train/transmission, oil changes, exhaust system repairs... when I tried to remind him I was buying an ELECTRIC VEHICLE he continued with the sales pitch as "well if it weren't electric you'd get x y z..." then later a different salesperson tried telling me how terrible and unreliable their electric vehicles are and how they break down all the time, trying to get me to buy their special warranty. I followed the provided wire instructions to pay for the vehicle, checking in every few weeks, and finally after a month was told they lost the money and I had to request my bank return the money to me and try it again. My bank verified the money was delivered to the correct account, and stated they cannot return the money to me. I am now receiving lease statements for a car that I cannot pay off because this dealership is too inept to actually collect the money I wired to them. I am out tens of thousands of dollars and still owe money on a car I intended to pay off. Now I'm going to be forced to pay for legal assistance to get this sorted, because my attempts to get help from the dealership have been ignored. This dealership is such a scam, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Schomp MINI, and a huge part of that was thanks to Brandon. From the very beginning, Brandon stood out for his patience, knowledge, and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything about the cars in a way that was easy to understand, never rushed me, and made sure I felt confident at every step. From helping me compare options to choosing the right color, he was thoughtful, honest, and incredibly helpful. What really impressed me was how smoothly he guided me through the financing process. He answered all my questions—no matter how small—with clarity and patience, making what can often be a stressful process feel comfortable and transparent. Even after the purchase, Brandon didn’t disappear like many salespeople do. When I later needed help with a name change on the title, he went the extra mile to walk me through the details and made sure I knew exactly what to do. That kind of follow-through says a lot about the kind of person he is. Beyond being a great professional, Brandon is just a great human being. Our conversations went beyond cars—we even bonded over Indian food—which made the whole experience feel personal and memorable rather than transactional. By the end of it, it truly felt like I wasn’t just buying a car, but working with someone I could trust and genuinely enjoy talking to. If you’re going to Schomp MINI, I can’t recommend Brandon enough. He’s knowledgeable, patient, kind, and someone who truly cares about his customers. This was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had, and Brandon is the reason why.

The whole process felt fair, clear, and relaxed. I negotiated the trade and purchase myself and felt totally respected. We love our Mini Countryman!

Car was delivered with damage that was supposed to be repaired before delivery, then Car broke down before a month, working with the dealership has been a nightmare and has basically left me in charge of figuring out warranty payments, repairs and tows myself. Would not recommend this dealership!!!

It was a hassle free experience. Enjoyed working with Lisandio; knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Will keep Schomp in mind next time we're in the market for an auto.

I had a great experience with Lisandio! I was interested in test driving a car and he was kind enough to bring it to my home which was unexpected and so convenient! Lisandio was very professional and seemed like a genuinely nice guy! He was also very patient as my SIL and I test drove the car for close to an hour. He also went over all the car's features, showing me what all the buttons were for since all my other cars were very basic and I felt a bit overwhelmed by it all. I highly recommend Lisandio! He made the dealership and car buying experience as good and positive as it could be. Thank you, Lisandio, for giving great customer service..you are appreciated!! This guy deserves a raise!

We had a horrible experience with another dealership and managed to find a comparable vehicle at Schomp. Lisandio was incredibly helpful and responsive. He gave us options and a way to secure the car my husband was dreaming of. I would highly recommend working with him if you have the option!
