We had a great experience at Schomp Mini. Jessica was helpful, kind, never pushy, and made everything easy. Jin, the sales manager, was welcoming and professional. The whole process felt fair, clear, and relaxed. I negotiated the trade and purchase myself and felt totally respected. We love our Mini Countryman!

Car was delivered with damage that was supposed to be repaired before delivery, then Car broke down before a month, working with the dealership has been a nightmare and has basically left me in charge of figuring out warranty payments, repairs and tows myself. Would not recommend this dealership!!!

I had a great experience with Lisandio! I was interested in test driving a car and he was kind enough to bring it to my home which was unexpected and so convenient! Lisandio was very professional and seemed like a genuinely nice guy! He was also very patient as my SIL and I test drove the car for close to an hour. He also went over all the car's features, showing me what all the buttons were for since all my other cars were very basic and I felt a bit overwhelmed by it all. I highly recommend Lisandio! He made the dealership and car buying experience as good and positive as it could be. Thank you, Lisandio, for giving great customer service..you are appreciated!! This guy deserves a raise!
