Horrific!

Horrific! Bought what was “supposed” to be a brand new Cadillac Escalade. Even before leaving the dealership, we noticed that no detail had been done on the car, but told them we’d have to bring it back. Immediately after driving home we noticed a huge scratch in the front drivers side. Within 1 day of taking delivery of the car, the entire dashboard went dark. We tried turning the car off and on multiple times, nothing. The issue remained. We had to drive back from Tennessee with no speedometer, no gas gauge, nothing. We called for help and texted the salesmen that assisted us during the purchase, basically with no help on how to fix the problem. We were told to bring the car in 3 days after being back in the state. The salesperson Joe, told us it would just be a day or two to update the software and would reach out later that day with an update.We never heard from him, so we called them to ask when we could come get the car, no one could/would give us answer. We have since reached out to everyone we dealt with there at the dealership. No response, from anyone. Finally I called the manager, Ryan. I explained everything that had happened since we took delivery of the car. His response was this is “unacceptable” and said he was going to be calling everybody into his office to figure out what was going on with the vehicle and would call me right back. I still haven’t heard from him. This car was used as a demo with one of the other sales people for several days, so surely this must have happened to him, it’s absurd to believe they didn’t know about this before selling us the vehicle, yet it wasn’t disclosed to us at any time. I have still yet to hear from anybody at the dealership and have now contacted our attorney. I have recorded every phone call and documented every interaction, so there is absolutely no dispute of what happened and how.

I enjoyed working with Mr.

I enjoyed working with Mr. Watkins. He was professional and kind. He always made sure I was comfortable. Mr. Devon did the paperwork and he was no pressure. Overall I got what I needed and asked for. Makes me think I should have asked for more!! lol I am totally satisfied.

Truly an efficient and effective experience at this

Truly an efficient and effective experience at this dealership. This was my first experience with Thompson Buick Cadillac and given how things went, it will not be my last. I made it clear that I came ready to buy and they responded in a manner that let me know they heard me. I guess it explains why so many people were there the day I was there.

This dealership does not honor their advertised pricing. They advertised a $15,000 discount on their Sierra EV and reduced it $3,000 when negotiations began….deceptive and unprofessional!

I purchased a used truck from this dealership in October

I purchased a used truck from this dealership in October 2024 after losing mine to Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within 2 days after buying the vehicle, the check engine light was illuminated and I started noticing other issues. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, I received no response whatsoever. After taking the truck to another dealership for an inspection, it was discovered that the dealership had been fully aware of the issues before selling the truck. They did not disclose the issues to me prior to the sale. To make matters worse, it seems they provided false service records to me and the inspecting dealership suggesting the repairs were completed before the truck was sold, when in fact, it appears those repairs were not made. The dealership also failed to provide the necessary warranty information and records I needed to address the problems, which caused delays and inconveniences. The lack of communication and transparency from this dealership has been extremely disappointing. This issue remains unresolved and I have received no response. Based on my current experience, I recommend you think twice before buying a vehicle here.

My Casada has been at the service department for 2 weeks

My Casada has been at the service department for 2 weeks tomorrow. (8/16) We have made numerous calls, left messages with no response. I texted them & with,‘we’ll look into it’ & no response. I’m livid! They have the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I EVER get my car back from them I’ll never set foot in there again. There are plenty more Buick dealers around. J Caldwell
