I started my search for a new car about a year ago. I was doing research on several different cars and I was interested in the GTI and Stone Mountain Volkswagen was the closest VW dealership. I ended up talking w/ Mason Reynolds and explained that I wasn't buying right away and was just in the research phase. He completely understood and answered all of my questions as well as allowed me to test drive the GTI, even offered different models of it. Long story short -- I finally purchased my new car, a golf GTI, and went back to Mason. The dealership as a whole did an amazing job getting me a great deal and in/out quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mason as your next salesperson as well as this dealership for your next purchase. My wife found the vehicle she's been looking for at roughly the price range she wanted. We are not in a hurry to buy a car so we are looking for that super deal. Over the phone (we live 2 hours away) we told them exactly what numbers we were looking for to purchase a car and that if they could hit those numbers we were ready to buy today. They told us "We can do make that happen, come on in." Two hours plus some traffic delays later we test drive, make small talk, and get our appraisal results for the trade in. The numbers they finally presented us were a few thousand and change higher than what we told them we were wanting. We were told to make a reasonable offer. I appreciate that they are looking to make money. I also appreciate that we're looking for a very good deal. I do not appreciate being told they can make that deal then finding out at the end of a longish drive that not only can they not make that deal but that we should make a "reasonable" offer. A very simple conversation with the sales manager would have saved us 6 hours (in total) of fruitless driving and possibly let the sales person make a sale. Everyone's mileage will vary, as they say, but I did not care for my experience with this dealer.

Recently, I bought a Tiguan from this shop. Since it was the first time to buy a new car in the U.S., I was excited and had to be cautious. Because of lack of information, I hesitated to buy a new car. Rather, I was thinking about buying a used car. However, they offered me very reasonable price and great service to made me the big decision. The dealers in the shop, especially Sung Hong, was very kind and friendly. Until now, I'm very satisfied with my new car and I would definitely recommend this shop to my peers.

Mason Reynolds is a hassle free sales agent who gets the job done. I appreciated that Mason did not rush me to make a decision. He was attentive and communicated to his managers the monthly payment that was best for me. In the end, I bought the car and Mason has called more than once to ensure all has been well and that I am happy with my purchase.

I has a good experience. I would consider dealership again for future car purchases. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, polite, followed up when said they would.

This car has been a car I could depend on and I credit much of this due to the Great Service and Maintenance I have received with my car at Stone Mountain VW. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. They have never turned me away, even when they are very busy and I didn't have an appointment.
